As soon ad you enter the hotel you have a feeling of cleanliness, light, tasteful decoration. The personel at the reception is always smiling and very helpful. Yasemin gave us wonderful advice for discovering Eskişehir. The rooms are perfect. Hygiene is a priority. The room size is very good, the bathroom area spacious and the bed very comfortable. Every personnel you meet in the corridor, reception, breakfast area is smiling and welcoming. Breakfast is very good, I particularly appreciated the mask and glove measure for the open buffet. Parking is a very appreciated feature. All in all, I strongly recommend Dedeman Eskişehir.

It is an amazing hotel. It is just on the top of the Wood Market. It can go down to the Wood Market. The hotel's modern and environmental architecture, the flavor of breakfast and various kinds, the classic music hearing in the lobby during breakfast, the staff's laughing and sensation, the incredible thermals and spasm I wanted to go with each month is my favorite hotel.

Otelin tek iyi tarafı çarşıya yakın olması yazan iyi yorumlara kesinlikle aldanmayın. Otel yenilenmiş ama hani halının altına tozu süpürmüşler üstünü örtmüşler misali genel alanlar giriş falan iyi güzel odalara hele banyolara bir geliyorsunuz facia. Otopark sorunu yok denildi mahalle arası bir otoparkı kullanıyorlar arabayı oraya bırakıp otelden fiş alıyorsunuz otele dönerken yürüdüğünüz yol yanınıza kar kalıyor. Resepsiyon otoparkın yerini tarif bile edemiyor o kadar uzak! Tuvalette sizden önce konaklayan misafirlerin kıllarını görünce hiç şaşırmayın. Bunu resepsiyona söyleyince isterseniz iptal edelim yanıtı alıyorsunuz adamların umurunda değil! Gece otelde bağırış çağırış kimse müdahale etmiyor. Camlar kapılar eskilikten dökülüyor. Oda bu devirde eski usul anahtarla açılıyor arkadan kapıyı kilitlemek zaten imkansız sadece sürgü var! Asansöre 2 kişi ve çanta ile sığmanız imkansız kapısı bile doğru dürüst açılmıyor. Kahvaltı tam bir fiyasko açık büfe anlayışları 5 elmadan 4 ü çürük, çay bulaşık suyu, temiz bardak tabak bulabileni tebrik etmek lazım, süt falan aramayın öyle şeyler yok :) çocuklu aileler için kesinlikle uygun değil bir iki paketli ürün var ancak onları yiyebilirsiniz, sıcak namına hiç bir kahvaltılık ürün yok en iyi seçenek patates salatası. Otelin ne kadar pis olduğuna dair fotoğrafları ekliyorum karar sizin...

Geçtiğimiz hafta sonu kalabalık bir arkadaş grubu ile Vendome otelde konakladık. Bir daha Eskişehir’e yolumuz düşerse asla farklı bir alternatif aramam. 1- otele girişte bizleri karşılayan beyefendi inanılmaz güleryüzlü ve kibardı (adını sormayı antladım genç arkadşımızdan özür:) 2- odaların büyüklüğü gayet güzel ve oda sıcacıktı 3- otelin heöen altında yer alan pub ve çalışan ekip konaklama deneyimimizi bir üst seviyeye çıkardı o kadar keyifli bir ambiyans var ki 2 günümüzde de uğradık, fiyat performans çok başarılı 4- otel kahvaltısı standart şehir oteli ayarında, doyurucu ve yeterli 5- odaya servis ve bilardo ekstra keyifli 6- otelden ayrılırken Sude hanım’ın içten ve güleryüzlü tavrı burayı tekrar tercih etmemizde büyük etken, ayrıca teşekkür:) Tüm personel harika!

Rooms were clean, we did not had enough time to comment on the service but I guess that the service is also more than enough. The Gym and Pool services were great for my son to use, he even could use the gym hall in the evening. Spa, Gym and Pool is great in general. Lastly, the breakfast was okay but could be much more rich in regards with the variation of foods for breakfast.

We came to my fiancé for new year holiday. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. All was thought from cleaning up the roses staff to the product enough. Single couple family is a perfect hotel. We are absolutely recommending. The room was incredibly clean, even the TV sound was thought, even the coffee tea products in the room were very beautiful. Espark AVM, very beautiful places streets, we can reach wherever we want everything from where we are. Thank you very much to all the front office staff, the director, the restaurant staff to which we are devoted. We know where we will come when we're going again. No one is negative. Health in their work. We made a beautiful holiday thanks to the Maden City hotel family. Thank you very much again :)
