The entrance door has no bell, only to call. We called but we were waiting a while at the door until another guest came down and told us that reception is on the first floor. No sign says where it is. We thought she would come to open the door but when we went there she was sitting at her desk. No welcome no friendly behaviour. Just got payment and gave the key. This place is cheap but allows smoking in the room even though there are no windows and a good ventilation system. We got a dumb smoking smell room and asked to move and got a better room and slept there one night then asked to move to a room with windows( with supplement charge). That felt better. We could open windows and a door to let the wind blow. Aware of mosquitoes come in the room or maybe they are there. The location is very good, very close to shopping areas and you can walk to several attractions. WiFi is good. Cleanliness must be improved. And some leaking drops from the bathroom ceiling

The location of the hotel is quite perfect. It is near the train station and entertainment centers. The staffs in the reception and breakfasts were extremely polite and helpful. During our accommodation I did not encounter any negative feeling.

Stuff was really good and polite. Hotel was very clean and well organized. Bed was too soft for my liking. Room was small but cozy. Bathroom was large. Breakfast was enough and the coffee was good since they use real beans.

Extremely good location, it is hard to imagine a better one. Superb breakfast even in terms of Covid precautions. Very friendly. The hotel is so good that it was a pity to leave it. The only minus is bad sound isolation in the rooms, but it is in many hotels. Thank you for your hospitality, we will come back for sure

Brand new hotel so everything is very clean, modern, and has a brand new feel. The room was very spacious and had lots of space for storage. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside is that the windows let in A LOT of noise in so there is a lot of noise pollution. You can basically hear all of the noises from the street below so make sure to bring some ear plugs. The advantage is that the hotel is centrally located and a very short walk from lots of great shops, cafes, restaurants, and large shopping malls.

The hotel was a satisfactory hotel in the tour of Eskistadt that we planned with our son in vacation. I thank all the staff here. The room and wet floor(sauna, hamam, swimming pool) hygiene and cleaning made us very happy. A address that people should be evaluated.

Odamızı telefon üstünden ayırttık, herhangi bir kapora istemediler, istediğimiz zaman gelebileceğimizi söylediler öyle de oldu herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık. Otopark çok dar ve 15 arabayı ancak alır ama en kötü tarafı giriş yüksek olduğundan arabanın önü ve alt tarafı sürtüyor, bu nedenle arabanız alçaksa dikkat etmeniz gerekli. Odalar geniş ve temiz.
