My recent Easter weekend at Esk Caravan Park was nothing short of a nigh**are. Despite being a loyal visitor for over 9 years, this year marked a shocking decline in both hospitality and management. Things took a turn for the worse when a groundsman confronted me for allegedly exceeding the 5km/h speed limit on my electric scooter, which I promptly corrected. Little did I know, this was just the beginning of a relentless barrage of harassment from the staff throughout the entire weekend, accusing me of violating rules I was diligently following. I must confess, I didn’t wear a helmet at all, which is breaking the rules. On Easter Day, my frustration reached a boiling point, and I regrettably became verbally aggressive towards the management team after being falsely accused once again of speeding on my scooter, even though I hadn't even ridden it that day. This hostile exchange only exacerbated the already tense situation. In the end, I was unfairly banned from the park, effectively ending nearly a decade of cherished memories. It's disheartening to witness the sharp decline in the quality of service and trea**ent at Esk Caravan Park over the past few years. Save yourself the trouble and find a campground that values its loyal patrons and respects basic human decency.
