The shower was leaking, very hot/ice cold water would just suddenly come out while bathing without you adjusting the tap. On my first day, one towel was dirty, damp and smelly. Bath had no hot water. No bathroom Door.

Pre arrival payment shenanigans; an employee telling me breakfast is being prepared and an hour later another one telling me i should have indicated the day before if I would need breakfast lol… no shame that place does not care about guests and theres no intention they will ever…

It is strange how the photos in this advert are so different from the actual place. This should be a crime! The place was terrible: (i) the room had a damp smell; (ii) the bedding and towel looked old, dirty and unattractive at all; (iii) terrible bed quality (you can actually tell where I slept with the whole shaped like my body) and (iv) water would be very hot and suddenly very cold! This is a horrible place and would not recommend. The staff were nice and friendly though...

Its old and needs serious renovations . The pictures on the website are old old old. Swimming pool was dirty. Breakfast was charged but no one was at the premises in the morning. Geyser kept being broken we ended up showering with cold water. Not enough towels. 3 abandoned caravans that look ugly. Swings were broken. Untrimmed trees. Cleaning ladies were noisy.

The breakfast was good yet very late. The bedding is terrible, it looks like it is dirty with stains on the sheet. the pillow cases look dull and old. i had to sleep on the kiddies (small bed) as i felt that the bedding was dirty and has not been changed. The shower was terrible (shower head spreading everywhere and the tiles look dirty). When I arrived the room look like someone just left the room and ot was not cleaned (used soup and pepper ). the room was really terrible. There was no free plug for my laptop, the only available plug was behind yhe bed.
