要體會和自然融為一天來這裏就對了。山莊的環境空氣、飲食和服務一流，配得起這個價位。住店旅客可以去體驗從採茶到製茶的整個過程，回家泡上一壺自己製作的茶，回味無窮，很好的體驗，下次還會再來。

酒店環境很好！硬件不錯！軟件很一般！7月14日入住那天，我們把車子停在停車場後，向一個穿工裝的女服務員詢問，酒店服務枱在那裡？得到的回答是：“不住店的我們不給看房間”。怎麼聽着這麼的不舒服呢！也許是看我們是一對兒老頭老太太，不象是住這麼好酒店的人。後來我把攜程預訂的頁面拿給她看了，這才改變了態度，並派人帶我們辦入住。在這裏要表揚幫我們辦入住的女服務員，也算熱情！向我們介紹山莊的情況，幫我們提行李送房間，第二天又用電瓶車拉我們觀看茶園。
我們在山莊住了4天，不誇張的説：根本沒體會到服務人員的貼心服！值得一説的是：客房服務很不好，保潔員就象在做招待所的服務。一千多塊錢的房間，一次性用品公然不認真配備，紙盒的紙沒了也不加，淋浴房的沐浴露空瓶子放那裡也不換，衞生間的手紙用完了也不加。我要是老闆，這樣的保潔員堅決不用，砸山莊的牌子！
我們是7月18日離店的。早上八點一刻要退房，試習生告訴我們要等我們主管來。怎麼説呢：主管來了，不冷不熱的辦了退房結清了餐費，臨走時，我們滿意為會給我們送個小禮品，比如一小包茶葉之類的！結果呢：我們連個“再見”兩個字也沒得到，更沒有“歡迎你們下次再來”的話。
這樣的服務！還有下次嘛？！
服務員們就象老闆對不起他們了一樣！就象客人來打擾他們了一樣！又象她們給老公吵架了一樣！總是把臉拉着！
製茶體驗中心的一個姓王的男同志就不錯！對待客人很禮貌很熱情！耐心的給客人介紹茶知識！

接上一條評論，房間唯一不足是枕頭有點高，不是我喜歡的那種，僅代表個人喜好。圖1是晚餐圖，出行前會有服務人員微信確認是否就餐和就餐標準，費用中上水平，但覺得很值，畢竟服務和環境真的不錯，但感覺更適合商務接待，喜歡喝酒的朋友可以自帶酒水。圖2是早餐，時間都是根據住客的需求確定。
