If you like loud music of a party above your head, this is a great hotel. If not, avoid the weekend. I write on a Saturday at 22 hrs. On the fourth floor I hear what is the kind of music I would complain about. A friend suffers on the seventh, above him a loud party goes on for hours.

Spend 2 nights on a tour of Turkey. Wonderful staff very helpful and friendly. Room clean with a view of the town hall. Very central close to shops and restaurants. Underground car park, a bit tight to get in and out of. WiFi good. No bathtubs just showers but very good. All in all a good place to stay if visiting the city.

We were offered discount on arrival for a family room on the 6th floor. Underground parking. Good enough English spoken at reception. Unfortunately the room had had previous smoking guests evident but the stale smell of smoke and cig burns on the furniture. Good sized bathroom with good shower. Nice and clean. Super breakfast on the top floor.

Odaları sigara içilen ve içilmeyen diye ayrılması ve de sıkı denetlenmesi lazım. Sigara içmeyen biri olarak çok rahatsız oldum. Geri kalan hizmetler son derece başarılı idi.

Beğenmedik. Düğün sebebiyle geldik. Gelmişken düğün yapılan otelde kalalım sabah yola çıkalım dedik . Oda kalmamış engelli odasını verdiler. Ki olabilir. Yardımcı olmak adına tek kalan odayı verdiler. Ama girdik ki . Oda idrar kokuyor. Kokudan da durulmuyor . Çıkış yaptık . Adama şikayet söylüyoruz. Resepsiyonda. Rüzgar var abi diyor. Gecenin körü 4 dk yakınlıkta Allahtan başka otele yerleştik

Otelin tüm personeline çok teşekkür ediyorum.Yaklaşık 20 gün konakladığımız otelden çok memnun kaldık. Bence çok kaliteli bir otel.Açık büfe kahvaltı mükemmel.Akşam yemekleri de Niğde ortalamasının üstünde. Odaların her gün titizlikle temizlenmesi, yıkama ve ütü hizmetlerinin uygun olması, konum olarak şehrin cazibe merkezlerine yakın olması gerçekten çok başarılı. Konaklama süremizin bir kısmı Ramazan'a denk geldi. Hizmetlerini aynı kalitede ve aynı standartta sundular.

Chegamos em um grupo por volta das 22:30, fomos muito bem recebidos por pessoas hospitaleiras, dinâmicas, liberando as chaves, informando o Wi-Fi e logo nos direcionaram ao restaurante. A comida estava quente, fresquinha e muito gostosa. Os garçons muito simpáticos e agradáveis. Muito bom. Valeu!
