18.06.2024 tarihinde 2 kişi family roomda konakladık. Odadaki buzdolabı dahil tüm elektronik eşyalar bozuktu. Üstelik rezervasyon acentası üzerinde yer alan hizmetlerin bir kısmının otelde ücretli olduğunu öğrendik. Çalışan 18-25 yaş arası genç çocuklar iş deneyiminden uzak yardım etmeye çalışan öğrencilerden oluşuyor ki yaşadığımız sorunların hiçbirinde gerçek yetkili bulamadık. Resepsiyonistin iletişim kurduğu yönetici olduğu ifade edilen bayanda ‘salın başımızdan gitsnler başımızı ağrıtmasınlar’ şeklinde ayniyle ifade ettiğim cümleler kullandı. Resepsiyonist bayan kibarlık ve empatiden uzak gayet kaba ve deneyimdizdi. Özel plaj olarak ifade edilen yere ulaşmak için yaklaşık bir km yol gittik oda diğer otelle ortak kullanılıyordu. Kahvaltı içecek açısından eksik ara sıcakların çiğ olması açısından yetersizdi ki zaten onuda genç bir çocuk kendi çabasıyla hazırlıyordu. Tabi tüm bu sorunların ardından yönetici başı ağrımasın diye site oda bilgilerinde güncelleme yaptı ama bu sahtekarlıktan başka bir şey değil. Otel adadaki ikinci en pahalı otel geceliğine 9500 lira verdik bunun ancak üçte birini hakediyordu.

Bayramda arkadaşımın tavsiyesi üzerine gittik.Kartpostallarda görebileceğiniz bir doğa harikası yere kurulmuş tesis.Havuz büyük ve çok temiz.50 m ilerisi deniz.Berrak suda balıklarla yüzüyorsun.Kahvaltı abartma değil tam kıvamında ve kaliteli.Odalar büyük ve mis gibi tertemiz..Limak Limrada kaldık.Nevresim ve havlu bukadar temiz değildi.kar gibi.Çok güzel sakin sorunsuz güzel bir tatil geçirdik.İnsanları sıkmıyorlar.Herşey yerli yerinde.Şebnem Hanım ve tüm personele ilgilerinden dolayı çok teşekkür ederim.Tekrar kesinlikle bu ay gidicem.
