Overall great hotel, with friendly staff but the room I stayed in didn’t have a proper shower just a fitting on the tap that was fastened just above the edge of the bath with me being 6ft tall made it difficult.

Stayed here with a last minute booking after a concert at the nearby Rockhal. The hotel is only five minutes away from the train station and with the free public transportation of Luxembourg, it is easy to get to the concert and back. Even the single room was comfortably large and came with a nice big bathtub. Some reviews complained about the breakfast and while there are no cooked dishes, the buffet has a great variety and also caters extensively for vegans. The room price is also very reasonable so I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again for another concert.

It was a nice location, close all the views, good value for money. Despite being a migration camp, it has all the essentials. Staff are very welcome and attentive. We get hot showers through a bucket provided by staff. Food is deliciously. We see zebras just outside our tent. We saw many lions and cheetahs, also a leopard. It has many giraffes. The Ndutu Late was filled with Flamingos.

We just luv this place. Perfect location. Nice Staff. Biiiiig rooms. Parking garage close by, perfect for a trip around europe like we did. Really no problems with recomending this place to both couples, singels and family.

Thanks to the lady at the reception for being customer-friendly and welcoming. Check-in was efficient. Breakfast was excellent. A good way to kick-start a busy day. Bed was comfortable, to rest after a long day, despite the room not being so big, particularly the bathroom. Centrally located and easily accessible by foot, public transport, etc. Generally, a pleasant stay!!

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam; hoe aangenaam is het om van bij je aankomst zo ontvangen te worden door een heel lieve mevrouw. De kamer overtrof onze stoutste verwachtingen: heel ruim, heel net, koffie- en theefaciliteiten, kluisje, veel bergruimte. We hebben al in andere hotels verbleven met een hogere rating die niet zoveel te bieden hadden. Ander positief punt: schuin aan de overkant van het hotel is een ruime publieke parkeergarage, makkelijk zat dus. Het ontbijt (één van mijn stokpaardjes) was gewoonweg goed: lekker en een ruime keuze beleg, fruit, ... . Om te besluiten nog de centrale ligging vermelden, op loopafstand van de bushalte (met gratis bussen in Luxemburg trouwens) om ons naar de Rockhal te brengen en terug.

Accueil vraiment sympathique. La chambre était spacieuse avec un bureau, une télé (et télécommande), un lit double et une salle de bain très agréable (même si l'on ne pouvait accrocher le pommeau de douche, seul souci). Des serviettes propres dans la salle de bain, changées tous les jours. Les femmes de ménages sont aussi très sympas et à l'écoute. Dans la chambre, il y a une petite machine à café, qui fonctionne avec des capsules, et un micro-ondes, ce qui est pratique si l'on veut manger chez soi. Des supérettes pas loin (5mn) ainsi que la gare à proximité (5-8 mn). Le petit déj' est tout à fait convenable et varié (sucré - salé, fruits, jus d'orange, café, thé, pain, biscottes, crêpes, etc.). Ce que j'ai surtout apprécié, c'est vraiment l'accueil, au top : sympathique et bienveillant. Le soir j'arrivais pour un séminaire, ils m'ont donné des capsules de café en plus pour pouvoir me faire du café dans la chambre et réviser. La dame à l'accueil a toujours été serviable et m'a indiqué les magasins à proximité, etc. Ils m'ont gardé mes bagages le dernier jour, et offert un café avant mon départ. La vue de la chambre n'était pas "panoramique" (donne sur des immeubles) mais ce n'était pas l'essentiel pour moi.
