Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spotless & cleaned daily, breakfast is plentiful. Staff are very helpful & plenty of restaurants nearby to experience proper .

Facilities: The room is large and has a free Turkish sauna. Hygiene: The hotel's housekeeping is great, but the hygiene is average. There will be a lot of ants whenever food is placed on the table. Environment: The hotel is on the highest mountain in Urgup. The scenery is very beautiful and overlooks the entire town. There is a free shuttle bus to the town, but there is no one back, so you need to take a taxi. Service: The overall service feels good and basic needs are met, but the attitude is not very enthusiastic.

The location is in Urp, 20 minutes away from the town of Goreme. A taxi is estimated to cost about 100 yuan. The hotel itself was rebuilt on the basis of the original cave. If you want to experience a cave hotel and stay more comfortable, this is a good choice. If you want to try Turkish food, you can take the hotel's free bus to downtown. There is a delicious Apetito.

Indeed, the caves are very well restored. The hotel staff is great about cleanliness and service, and best of all, a comfortable and luxurious life in the cave is a beautiful experience.

Stayed for two nights and overall I felt okay. It's okay to experience a cave hotel, but it's not a standard five-star hotel after all. Breakfast was ok. I had dinner at the hotel once and it was okay. The service was enthusiastic, and two stone pieces were given to the room as souvenirs before leaving. It's just that the hotel is too difficult to find, even using Baidu and Google Maps. I obviously saw the hotel on the mountain at the bottom of the mountain, but I couldn't find the way. It took nearly two hours and several times of asking for directions to find it.

Very satisfied. If I come to Kappa again, it will be my first choice.
