Good Beautiful setting and fantastic clean beach, walk up towards life guard station and the pebbles clear so you don’t need beach shoes. Staff are friendly and helpful, some staff still learning but they are trying hard. Food is great, not sure what others are eating but I love healthy food and the salads were wonderful and fresh, there is plenty of choice and if you want meat and chips it’s available. The fish was always good but the bar b q night was a bit rubbish, food inside was better. Ate upstairs in the rooftop terrace and it’s beautiful and romantic setting but food is just mediocre, my friends meat was tender and mine was tough so a bit hit and miss. I would have preferred to eat downstairs. They have a great selection at breakfast and the chef cooks great eggs and omelettes, there is cava too if you fancy it. I like the cold drink machine but I’m not a fan of orange juice as it’s not fresh, not that it ever is. The coffee was good though and plenty of ice cold water which I like. The bread was incredible, soft and fresh each day. Seafood selection great and avocado available some days. I couldn’t fault it. Paid for all inclusive last two days as just chilling and it was worth it for a couple of days, we were out and about other days so not worth it then, drinks are actually pretty reasonable in hotel so u less you drink a lot it’s quite reasonable and you have option of charging to room or paying as you go which is good, always lots of cold lemon or cucumber water available which we drank rather than buying in supermarkets. A couple of supermarkets nearby but not cheap. Would be good to have a car to go to bigger supermarket if you want to stock up on cheaper drink. Local bus stops right outside opposite hotel and you can get to Mahón or Ciutadella about 3 times a day, watch out for return times as you would have to taxi back otherwise. Worth going to Ciutadella as it was stunning, it’s somewhere i would rather stay as it has much more to do and is historic and just beautiful. For us it was a bit too quiet but this appeals to many and the surroundings are just beautiful. Hard to walk to surrounding places, especially if you had any walking difficulties, we are runners so ran walked to coastal path to Son Bou which was a fun adventure but not really an evening stroll away, tough 5k route. Great pool, cold but clean and wonderful as it was hot.upstairs pool bar gorgeous but not open til 10.30 Don’t go up lift to floor 6 before as it just stops and cuts out going dark so you think you have broken down, bit scary but reception told us the reason. Don’t leave towels there either as they will be removed , they are strict up there. They have a bar member available to take drink orders but don’t have coffee up there, they have machine ? Not so good Entertainment was a bit hit and miss Michael Jackson boys were funny and good,as was abba, the rest was pretty dire. The bingo was awful, so dull and some of the Tui staff needed a personality t
