We have just spent 11 days at the Victoria, it was fabulous, couldn’t fault a thing: the food, the re-vamped hotel itself, the position, but most of all the staff, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely return possibly in the autumn or next May. Alex the TUI guide manager was always there and always coming up with new ideas….wine tastings cheese tasting. Cocktail making and silent cinema night. We’ll done Alex

This hotel is in an amazing location at the start of the beautiful beach. The hotel grounds are stunning, you could spend a week here and not leave, there are plenty sun beds etc, none of the towels at dawn nonsense. May I just say the Tui team and all the staff have been faultless, the room, the food/drink, entertainment have all been 5 star 🌟 we are going home tomorrow and don’t want too, a nice range of age groups so very nice to speak to lots of lovely people. Don’t know why there are a couple of negative reviews my wife and I can’t fault it!!we will return next year. Thank you guys

Great location for a relaxing week in the sun. Transfer time around an hour to Sant Tomas , arrival drinks and welcome at hotel great. Our room was modern with all modern amenities including a power walk in shower Great balcony area looking onto woodland area. Communal areas and facilities fantastic . Lovely pool bar , fitness facilities , daily events , & spa / fitness suite etc. Pool bar food quality along with a well designed pool area and gardens.Plenty sun beds and loungers as well as outside Jacuzzi area.Loads of sunbeds / even water beds in shallow part of pool. The whole hotel is run by staff who are pleasant and make your stay memorable. Our experience of half board dining was exceptional. Breakfasts full range of English and continental with chiefs on hand to make certain dishes to order. ( pancakes etc) Evening meals were plentiful and a range of meats etc buffet style . However a chef on hand to replenish and cook certain guest choice dishes . Desserts were fresh and varied . Good selection of wines on the list Evening entertainment was provided.super roof top area for day sunbathing and night Culinarium restaurant and cocktail bar . Super for viewing the great sunsets of Menorca and views of the coastline . Hotel has a fantastic location with 50 metres walk to the beach, well stocked supermarket opposite Local bus stop is 20 metres across road from hotel ( Ciutadella 50 mins away / approx. 5 euros also Mahón similar)

First and foremost it’s the staff that makes this place memorable. From reception, to the cleaners, the restaurant servers and chefs they’ve all been fantastic. Also the TUI and BLUE reps are so friendly and helpful and they’re on hand all day. Our room overlooked the sea and was extremely comfortable and well designed. The only drawback was the daft seaside deckchairs on the balcony. Totally useless for seniors like us to get out of. In fairness reception replace them with normal chairs immediately when asked. The bed and pillows were excellent. Every facility you can think of is available. Cleaned daily to a very high standard. On a personal note it would have been nice to watch a bit of U.K. tv whilst getting ready for dinner. Sadly the only option available was BBC world news. Now to the restaurant. The breakfasts were simply superb. Proper English back bacon and sausages with every egg combination you could think of. The freshly cooked omelette was on another level, absolutely delicious. For us, dinner was a bit hit and miss. There seems to be an element of cost cutting especially on the main courses. We like to eat at 8pm but we found on several occasions that if some items ran out they weren’t replenished. In particular roasts. Once gone they weren’t replaced. Also the lack of fresh vegetables was an issue. Yes there was veg but usually served combined in weird sauces and were like mush. Perversely at breakfast one morning there was a platter of beautifully cooked green beans! Very strange. Other examples of stinginess were evident. If you wanted a superior sun bed or lounger they come at an extra cost. Never experienced that before in a four star plus hotel. That said the hotel is set in a stunning location with beautiful gardens and a lovely rooftop terrace with a pool, and to sit and watch the amazing sunsets was a joy. All in all a very good hotel and with a few tweaks would be great hotel.

Can’t really fault this hotel.. in fact booked for next year!! Room.. suite with plunge pool. Immaculate. Loads of storage space apart from the usual place for long dresses! Bed comfortable.. pillows brilliant.. so soft and fluffy. Great shower. Bath in room but only used once as a little on the slippy side ! Mini fridge restocked every day (we were all inclusive) without asking Cleaning every day was prompt Food was very good. Loads of choice. Great to sit outside if you choose Only minor moan is that there are no plate warmers Loads of sun beds in different areas Roof top excellent. So peaceful. Although doesn’t open until 10 30 when the lift is switched on Loads of choice with cocktails as well as other drinks Well staffed in all areas. All friendly and helpful Entertainment as you would expect some good some not so good depending on taste Location is quiet although pretty with not much around but a couple of decent walks. Several people hired cars for a reasonable price All in all Definitely think that all inclusive is worth it Snack / lunch menu 12 till 3 30 very substantial if you fancy a change Oh and don’t miss the all inclusive ice cream in the pool bar over to the far side. Serve yourself.. available until 6 when we were there Could go on .. will upload some menus if they are of help to someone

Just home from a relaxing week in The Tui Blue Victoria Menorca celebrating my wife but. The hotel itself having just had a referb and change to adults ticked most of the boxes but still needs a few thinks tweaked to make it the perfect place. Food on the whole was very good especially the breakfast .Evening meals being a Mediterranean resort was very fish orientated so of course those who are fish lovers will be well catered for ,but unless you liked salad in my opinion there wasn't much to chose from even the soup on most nights was fish based .Themed meals may be an a idea Oriental Mexican for example .The snack bar was another pizza burgers toasted sandwiches ect were lovely. The hotel itself was spotless rooms cleaned every day to an excellent standard by the friendly staff. So on to the bar staff and waitering with were very attentive only problem was a few of the waitering staff grasp of English wasn't the best ,but hopefully this will be remedied as the weeks go by.Evening entertainment was a bit hit and miss The motown and the Latin American groups were fantastic ,and much as I loved the silent disco for it to be repeated 3 times in a 7 day holiday was a bit much .Resort on the whole a bit to quiet for me as there wasn't much going on around us.Some nice walks for those that way inclined .One final tip is take insect repellent as my wife, and a few other guests were bitten by what I assumed were mosquitoes.

We stayed at the refurbished hotel which is very nice, the staff were really helpful and very professional. The beds were fresh and the rooms cleaned to a high standard daily. My only complaint is there is no privacy on the balcony, we like to sit out in the evening and if the room next were out you can see each other.

This holiday had some real ups and downs. Exeter airport great and the flight was very good. Bus transfer not so good as had to wait nearly an hour to get going. We arrived at the hotel to a very nice welcome from TUI staff, the downside was when I got to the desk. I asked did you receive my special requests, she checked and said No. Here the hotel was not telling the truth as I had emailled them a number of times and spoken to them on the phone. They said they hadn't received them from TUI either..... I understand if hotels can't fulfil special requests but to say you haven't received them was just not true. Thanks to Alex from the TUI staff and the director of the hotel, one request was resolved which was important as it was health-related. There was a long delay to get to the room, which wasn't what I had requested. I don't understand why flights take off at 6am from UK airports when after a short flight, the rooms just aren't ready. This was odd too as the man on the phone at reception said there would be no delay as it was start of the season. Alex took us to view the only potential suitable room and I have to say it was outstanding. It was a grand suite with the biggest balcony I have ever seen with a plunge pool (at 70cm more of a wallow), sun loungers and day bed and exquisite view of the sea. There are 4 grand suites. The 1 next to us has more of a garden view than we had and the 2 on the 5th floor were below the rooftop pool by day and restaurant by evening with noisy music all the time. The two on the first floor were very noisy too, as they were over the restaurant and there was a lot of noise from loud music throughout the day and evening. I don't think there are any quiet rooms here. Nevertheless, the suite was beautiful, once the firm mattress was sorted, it was very comfortable and views amazing. Regarding the restaurant, breakfasts were excellent, but main courses were poor in the evening. Plates weren't hot, which made food cool quickly and food was left to congeal and harden on hot plates. Fresh food cooked was good. Nice availability of fruit. Sadly, my partner fell ill on the 2nd day of the holiday and was hospitalised. The TUI staff especially Alex and Nina and reception staff especially Daniel and Antonio were fantastic. They were supportive and caring when I got upset. I am very grateful for the support they showed me during this difficult time. Thanks also to Lorenzo who was also very helpful to us. We missed our return flight, as my partner was not well enough to fly so the hotel accommodated us for a further 3 days. Thanks again to the hotel for this. If we had been able to stay in our room, we may have been able to enjoy ourselves, but sadly we were in a tiny standard room at the side of the hotel overlooking the woodland, and we just wanted to go home. So all in all ups and downs, odd beginning and curious situation where the hotel denied my emails and phone call, but the location of the hotel is great, the views are
