Fantastic hotel so relaxing rooms very spacious clean food good something for everyone's taste even my hubby who fussy , nice entertainment in evening staff very helpful friendly, in quite part menorca but we hire car to travel around menorca santo tomas great walks along coastline few other bars restaurants you can also go in their other hotel in santa tomas right on beach which was really nice.

At last I’m writing a review from our visit last August. As usual we had an amazing time, had a swim up suite which again was fantastic ! Nothing was too much trouble for the great team working at the hotel. We had already booked for August 2025 before we came out in 2024, just had a surprise birthday present from my Son and Daughter for an extra trip in May - cannot wait to come back to our little slice of heaven in the sun! See you in May and August 😀

The hotel is a 4 star sup and, in fact, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, the swimming pool is a must and never full, the dinner buffet was always different (and we stayed 7 days) and tasty food. All in all the staff was nice, especially in the pool bar. The requests we made, like making sure our room was cleaned in the morning due to our baby's aftenoon nap, were generally attended. The cons: beverage prices are high and if you are vegetarian you don't have many options (if you're vegan you have no options). Our room wasn't cleaned on the first day and we didn't put any sign that indicated we didn't need the service. We stayed one full week and they only put a bottle of water in the room (even in 3 star hotels it is common to gift one every 3 days). The glasses on the room, to drink water or wash teeth were never changed during our stay. More than once we didn't feel at ease, specially in reception. Firstly was when we needed to change our beach towels but didn't have the euro to put in the donation box on the spot, we were told, quite unpleasantly, that we had to put the money when we came to down to dinne (which is obvious). It remains to be explained why they simply didn't charge the room with the 3€ and managed the donation box internally, after all it is the XXI century and the digital money era. Second time, we asked for an extra towel (directly to the cleaning lady) to be put in the room, since they had put only 2 the day before, and we needed the extr one for the baby. They reply was a very cold "yes, yes" while walking through the corridor. The last one worth mentioning was on check out. We had been noticing some guests with a cool Menorca bag but we made nothing of it (people buy souvenirs), but on check out we realized it was a welcome gift given on check in that we were never given, no idea why. All in all is a good 4 start hotel but if you value service it is not worth the extra price you pay comparing to other 4 hotels in Menorca (our stay was about 2.5k for 6 nights, 2 adults and 1 baby)
