My friend her 14 year old daughter and I stayed here at start of October and had a great time. We went to relax and that's exactly what we did we had room 2301 and had a great view, also worth paying €10 each €5 for child for breakfast in hotel was lovely and worth the money. We got pool beds every day although I wouldn't rely on life guard to keep you alive if you for into difficulty I found him fast asleep one day next to the toilets 😂. Apartments are clean and adequate with plenty of storage storage, pool area clean and pool reasonably warm We were it in every day even my friends who hates a cold pool, the communal areas are all clean and toilets at bottom of Apartments for pool also clean. We would definitely come back here to chill.

We are just back from a 5-night stay at the apartments and had a wonderful holiday. The apartment was spotless, cool, and secure. Our cleaning lady came daily with fresh towels and to sweep. We had our sheets changed too. We were truly self catering and didn’t eat on the complex but there are more than plenty places to eat within a 10 minute walk. We did use the bar which was quick service and not excessively expensive. The pool at the apartments was wonderful. Never busy, plenty sunbeds and we watched it being cleaned every morning by the wee pool robot. There was also a lifeguard on duty all day which was great. The only thing that wasn’t great was the lift. There’s 2 and neither felt particularly safe. They’re slow and a bit bumpy and very very small. Other than that I’d recommend the apartments to anyone for a holiday - we didn’t really want to leave!

Definitely not a 4* , stayed at the hotel all inclusive 7 years ago , loved it however its since changed hands . Stayed in the apartment block this time as rooms are bigger . Whole hotel and apartment block has apparently had a 'refurb' , bare minimum done . Upgraded to all inclusive on 2nd day of holiday. We were told by the reception staff in the hotel that we could get all inclusive drinks from the apartment block bar , you could not though , coca cola always flat . Had to walk from one bar to the other for drinks . Pool in hotel too small for the hotel , packed everyday so we didn't benefit from the all inclusive at all . Food not great , very repetitive especially lunch times , hotdogs and burgers everyday . Quiet smelly on bottom floor of apartment block a damp smell also that stinky sewage smell between hotel and apartment block . Fresh towels daily , bin emptied and beds made , no fresh bedding put on throughout whole week , i don't expect that daily but when your sleeping on the sofa beds in the lounge they do get mucky using them as sofas aswell . Floors not swept and baffled me why the chopping boards were in the cupboard next the bin ? That cupboard stank awful aswell. The day we were leaving a family got stuck in the lift for over an hour whilst we were there, don't know how long they were there after we left ? All in all an very old apartment and hotel block that's been a little smartend up here n there but don't expect your 4* .

Facilities are good at main hotel and pool area with a varied entertainment in the evening. Kids club and entertainment team are amazing and friendly as well as bar staff. Apartments are not part of the main area as it is separate and therefore, is not worthwhile being all inclusive unless you walk to the main pool area every hour to get a drink/snack in which you are then expected to have on site. There needs to be a kiosk/area particularly all inclusive and other guests at the apartment pool area. If you are in a 2 bed apt it is very noisy at night as your room is by the stairwell. Costumer service needs improving at Reception as it gets a bit annoying when the same member of staff keeps denying your requests without any good reason. When we arrived, there was no formal welcome or welcome pack, nothing really explained and we also had to wait over an hour in the queue to check in. We had to request various soaps/shampoos/towels for our apartment and the bare minimum of cleaning was done. Door handle broke on the patio door and bath water drained very slowly. We did mention this to Reception and it was dealt with very quickly. Restaurant on the whole was well kept and the food was fantastic with great variety. Staff could be a little more polite and responsive to efforts when trying to engage in conversation with them. Lifeguards need to be more aware of their jobs than their phones. Obviously, parents need to be vigilant and be the person responsible for their child. However, if there was to be a situation and the lifeguard was not available then this could have serious consequences. An enjoyable holiday all round but could have done with the special touches in places to make it a 4 star holiday that it advertises.

My wife and I are a mature couple who have no children. We did not want them and on holiday we don't like parents inflicting their offspring on us. We therefore were interested in the Adults Only Area at this hotel / apartment block. The apartment itself was fine with a sea view and a large balcony. We went self-catering and were quite happy with that as there was a supermarket a couple of minutes away that cooked bread and cakes daily as well as having everything we required. The Adults Only Area was great and there was never a need to claim a sunbed in the early morning. They were never all taken at any time of day, far from it. It was in a raised position directly on the beach and the sunbeds were mainly double Bali beds ( like a four poster with a canopy). Our only grumbles were that some parents took children up there as this aspect wasn't policed. Also the apartment floors were never brushed or vacuumed so there was always sand under your feet. All in all though we had a good time.

We stayed one week and It was our first time in Es Cana ( but not in Ibiza) and since we have a 10month old daughter we chose to stay in the apartments as we needed a kitchen, microwave and kettle for her food. We had a 1 bedroom sea view (side view) on the third floor - the lift is a nightmare. There were 2 lifts, one broken so takes ages to get the lift at any time and it's tiny it barely fits a tiny stroller (babyzen yoyo). We had a side sea view - the balcony is good size, shame everyone is out smoking and the air is awful to breathe so can't sit there. Also everyone puts out their stuff to dry so there's always someone looking at you. The apartment was ok, the bedroom was so small though that the cot barely fit on the side of the bed blocking the passage to my husband who had to jump on the bed from my side. Two twin mattresses put together - its rubbish. My daughter kept falling in the gap when napping in our bed. Bathroom is mouldy despite being renovated, reason being there isn't much cleaning going on. The bath screen is fixed so it's a nightmare bathing a child in it (weren't they supposed to be family friendly???) Three people and only given towels for two - doesn't my daughter count as guest? In a week we had the apartment cleaned TWICE because we stressed reception to send housekeeping - awful service. Sheets were never changes and floors never swept as there was always sand. Reception staff barely speaks English (or pretends not to!) so any request is a pain, and they're so slow it takes forever....they make you wait while speaking to each other in Spanish which is rude. Food is below average - we stayed a week and ate the same things over and over. Nothing suitable for babies and mainly only unhealthy food for everyone (fried, cream, pasta, pizza). Twice in a week I've seen some fish, but then again with breadcrumbs or cream...so not really healthy. Breakfast and dinner are mayhem, so stressful by the amount of people! Eating in the terrace means you have to wait for a table in line - but the majority of people don't know and when you wait you have people strolling in and getting our table. And of course staff doesn't say anything. If you eat inside, it's way too cold due to air conditioning (and kids get sick!), if you eat outside you sweat. There's no win. The beach is close and its the only nice thing about these apartments. However, you need to pay 18 euros for a beach umbrella and 2 chairs every day. Prices are CRAZY - 2000 euros for a week in all inclusive to stay in an apartment and to eat rubbish and have fresh towels once. Go somewhere else - it's not even a clean place!!!

Not sure this is a 4* hotel / apartments. The location is nice right on the beach and just a short walk from the small selection of bars / restaurants. ( try las arenas it’s the best ) The apartments are small and dated ( they look nothing like the photos ) but it’s ok as a base. Every room has a pool and sea view which is nice every morning. The adult only subbed area is nice but can’t see why children if well behaved and supervised can’t go up there, it would be better to call it a quiet zone rather than adult only as the majority of people staying here have children and the area is very under utilised. The rooms get clean towels and beds made each day but not much cleaning goes on.we’ve had to ask to get the floors swept as there isn’t a broom for us to use. The main hotel as you can imagine has the early sun Bed hunters claiming their place for the day. There doesn’t seem to be enough sun beds at the main hotel pool but they were plentiful at the apartments pool and we could get one at any time of day. We were self catering but had breakfast one morning and it was a stampede and far too chaotic.Food was average, Luke warm and juice was watered down. We could eat out for less than we paid the hotel for breakfast and had fresh hot food of our choice. The pool areas are okay but not cleaned every day, dirty tables, coffee cups from day before laying around. The depth of pool for children is too deep, the shallowest point is 105 and very quickly goes to 140 so all the children are huddled in the small area that they can stand whilst the rest of the pool is un used. Reception staff seem to speak limited English and it’s been a struggle communicating when we’ve needed to. I have been coming Ibiza for 30 odd years and it’s definitely a different vibe this year, the communication is poor and sometimes everything seems an effort for staff everywhere we go. I recommend getting the boat to Santa Eulalia or portinax, cala ljenja beach, cala nova beach and cala longa. Had a great time but would not stay here or in es cana again, it’s all very dated now.

Perhaps we need to lower our expectations but this place was not good! Having only done a package holiday once in my life, we opted for this as our first trip post-covid and two babies heavier so thought it would be easier. How wrong we were! When we arrived the queue for check in was huge, and not one member of staff apologised or anyone offer refreshments as a good will gesture. With a 2 year old and a 9 month old, and having been up since 4am I found this very frustrating. I also struggled to find the baby changing for both my children who needed it after our long journey, and only when another parent saw me looking lost did he stop and tell me where it was. I then did the same for another mum half an hour later who was walking round holding her baby and change bag, looking for baby changing. Please sort your signage out as I'm not the only one who has mentioned this! When we arrived at our 2 bedroomed apartment, the two travel cots and highchair that we had pre-arranged were not there. Another trip over to the main hotel because our kids were desperate for a nap! Only one was provided with the promise of one later, but at 10pm it was evident it wasn't coming so yet another trip over to the hotel to request the second cot. We also discovered no kettle or toaster, which wouldn't have been a problem but we had baby milk to make! Once again, over the reception again. The overall finish of the apartment was poor and pretty basic. The lifts in the main building were tiny and one did not work all week, so we had to spilt in to two groups to get up and down due to the fact that we had two buggies with us. I noticed that a family had a double that they needed to leave in the foyer because it wouldn't fit in the lift. One of the main reasons we booked this accommodation was because to was family friendly and our toddler would have loved the splash[spark. That was a major attraction to us, but most of it was closed all week for maintenance. To my knowledge not maintenance was done all week! The part that was open was a little too old for our son, so it was really disappointing. In all honesty, it really wasn't our kind of place and very 'brits abroad' and the family in the next apartment to us smoked **** all week which was not pleasant. Being stuck there all week would have been my idea of a nightmare, but we had a hire car and were able to explore the island. The overall communication and friendliness of the staff was so poor that I couldn't have left soon enough!
