Invisa Ereso All Inclusive

Loved this hotel last year so went again, this time for 2 weeks. The food is very good, especially the salad bar and fresh bread. There's a really good choice of hot food too. The Superior room with pool view is great, has been upgraded and has comfy beds and a lovely bathroom with walk-in shower. My only issue is the connecting door to the next room which I understand is good for families but we could hear absolutely everything and this was an issue at times, especially if you are trying to sleep. All staff are exceptional, friendly, helpful including bar/restaurant staff, cleaners and front desk. Entertainment was a bit hit & miss at night but still OK. My one other issue was that people were smoking at all the tables outside, there was no designated smoking areas like last year. This was a problem for me as I have a lung condition so had to keep moving every time someone smoked right next to me.

firstly thank you to hotel for giving us a high room (625) with sea view. What a superb 3* hotel this is, i can report its in a great position in a lovely town not far from Santa Eulalia with great bus service. The hotel is clean and well maintained, we stopped in a superior room which was cleaned daily by efficient and friendly maid. Clean pools and wonderful friendly staff throughout stay cant praise them enough. The idea of paying a euro for two glasses seemed strange but observed a clean area around hotel and constant service at the bars and every drink was served with fresh glasses, great idea. Now to the food, i have stayed in many all inclusive hotels over the years including 4 and 5 stars but this hotel was the best all inclusive/half board food i have come across for quality, it was outstanding and i can only applaud the chefs and staff in the restaurant for the service and taste. The reception staff were courteous and helpful . Hot showers at all times and as a three star hotel i could not find fault with it, would love to return as i did not expect such high standards in the low season. Well done to the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable.

We have just got back from 2 weeks here what an amazing holiday staff and restaurant was absolutely brilliant accommodated my gluten allergy amazingly nothing was too much trouble the people that made our holiday was the entertainment staff Pakeet,Jess Anna and danni and Noor they were amazing danni was amazing at the djing and the games at night made me laugh so much and NOOR she was absolutely amazing with my children and all the children to be honest nothing was too much trouble for her she was like a little mother hen too them all she kept them safe and well looked after at all times in the mini club she had her hands full but was amazing at keeping each and everyone of them safe there was a gate too that the kids could not get out of ! My son mason had autism and she was so understanding towards him they all were they need a medal all the entertainment staff amazing can not wait to go back and see them all everybody I spoke to there said how amazing NOOR was and danni and all the entertainment staff loads of fun from morning till night ! Rooms amazing too enjoyed it all we will be back xxx

Had a really super week at this hotel. Arrived in the morning and our room was ready, which was really nice. We booked a standard sea view twin room, we got a room with a third bed so it was pretty spacious and with a lovely view. The room was kept spotlessly clean all week by the excellent maid and the entire hotel was extremely clean. Pool and bar areas were nice with plenty of sun loungers for everyone, the pool on the higher terrace was a bit quieter and the top sunbathing terrace was always really peaceful. Bar staff friendly and worked very long shifts but kept smiling and being helpful. Food was absolutely excellent. Huge selection every day, something for everyone. Meat and fish was very well prepared and cooked. We ate extremely well! Only slight negative was there wasn’t much choice of fruit for dessert if you didn’t want/couldn't eat the desserts available. Some prepared melon, pineapple, peaches, mandarin etc would have been very welcome (particularly for those with gluten and lactose intolerance). Plenty of delicious fresh fruit is something I’ve always enjoyed on previous Ibiza all-inclusive holidays. Otherwise, absolutely excellent and looking forward to another visit in future.

A lovely friendly hotel, reception so welcoming & helpful, all staff were happy, everywhere only a 5 minute walk away, sea/ bar/buses and the land train, which is a must, it's a 3 hour your to places you wouldn't get to, there is entertainment every night, but Charlie's bar is just a 5 minute walk away if you want live music, couldn't fault the food, something for everyone, always filling up when supplies get low. Rooms are spotless and so I'd the complex, you pay 1 Euro for 2 glasses, use them when you use the bars in the hotel, bars stay open til midnight, you do not use them at meal times, plenty of Sun beds & table & chairs around the pools & bar areas, we will certainly be back for another holiday

Another great visit to the Ereso. Our pool view room wasn't available on arrival due to a pipe issue so was offered a superior room instead for the entire stay. No issues getting sunbeds, yes some people put towels out early to get their spot but still loads of room and beds available. The food was lovely and the salad selection is wonderful for my wife who chooses mainly vegetarian food. The entire hotel is kept clean to a high standard. The reception, bar, restaurant and cleaning team are all so polite and very friendly. The entertainment team were all great and very friendly and we enjoyed participating in their games. This hotel is lovely staff are friendly the families that are staying here are as well there is mixed of you people couples and older couples etc. there also seems to be a lot of single parents the food is nice and on a Sunday they do a roast dinner. There are plenty of shops and bars within a 5 minute walk and there is a lovely beach the bottom on the road which is right near the shops Now to the negative you have to pay a €17 tax once you get to the hotel Also you have to pay a €1 for 2cups which isn’t much I’ve never experienced that before but once you hand over the cups you get the money back but I left it as a tip Also some of the rooms the beds are like sleeping on concrete. There are about 3 pools here But the kids use all 3 and like to jump in which sometimes you can get splashed also if you like to swim it can heard as the kids are playing in it. And then you get the families that put their towels down then vanish and don’t turn up till late afternoon. But I would definitely come back here I was only here for 4 days from may the 24-28 So it wasn’t really busy but started to fill up over the may back holiday but it was my last day then I would recommend coming here

Have just returned from a weeks stay at this hotel. What an excellent place to stay, check in was very quick and easy. As late arrivals they presented us with a bag of fod and drink, which was very much appreciated. The room was on the 6th floor with a rear view over the roof of the restaurant, didn't bother us too much as we spent most of our time out. It was classed as a superior room, plenty large enough with a decent bathroom. (No bath, but a superb shower). Breakfast consists of a good choice, being predominantly British clientele it catered for us. Full english, good variety of cereal, crepes, porridge. Croissants etc, plenty of fruit, even cake if you wished. Just be aware that there only 2 toasters, this meant a queue at breakfast. Lunch/Dinner were basically the same, good choice of salad, soup, paella, fish, usually a choice of meat dish, chips, potatoes and veg. Good variety of cakes, profiteroles (which were very popular), chocolate fountain, ice cream. The hotel itself is kept spotlessly clean, full marks for that. The staff are very friendly. We stayed all inclusive, quite liked the idea of paying a deposit for glasses, this meant no tables or around sun beds cluttered up. The AI drinks are much as you would expect from other hotels you stay at. Beer ok and usual spirits ok. The hotel is very well situated within easy walk to the beach, shops and bars. The entertainment leaves a bit to be desired however, probably due to it being early in the season. We tended to find ourselves in Charlies bar just down the road where we saw some tribute acts who were quite good. One bonus is that the bus station is just down the road, this gives easy access into Santa Eulalia, from here you can goto most places on the island. We would also recommend the boat trip to Santa Eulalia. All in all a very good place to stay. Would we return? Yes without doubt.
