Excellent 3* hotel. Loved the food, staff and we was in room 436 and it was such a lovely view of the mountains and side sea view. Take a travel kettle for in your room if you want a coffee 1st thing . Would recommend this hotel thanks to all the hard working staff. Just brilliant.

Recently stayed here with my partner, wasn’t expecting much at 3*, however it did not disappoint. The food wasn’t bad at all, I’m a really fussy eater and I was fed daily and always had options. Some days were better than others with the selection but nothing to complain about, always chips on offer, or salad, or pasta. They also cooked food fresh in-front if a station in the main food hall and also had snacks available throughout the day which consisted of burgers, toasties, chips, salad etc. The drinks were readily available with friendly staff and nothing was ever too much. We was put on the 4th floor, which was a bit sickening looking down off the balcony, but you soon get used to it. The lifts were very slow but we eventually got there, and there was stairs to opt into if you was able too. The rooms were cleaned daily, the beds were average, the water went off a few times while we stayed which seemed to be at peak times. The showers were okay and bathrooms okay too with fresh towels provided daily. the banging doors constantly from other people wasn’t ideal but you get over it. There was access to a safe at an extra cost. The room had a tv in if you just wanted to relax a little. The only complaint I have is the smell of poo outside the hotel daily, this is by no means the hotels fault as a truck came to empty everyday so the smell soon went as the truck had done its rounds. The beeches were unreal and so calm and relaxing, within walking distance there was 3 beeches, walk a little further and we found a further 4 beautiful beeches. If you don’t want the party life but somewhere nice and relaxing I would recommend. Some great bars and places to eat close by and also some great shops and supermarkets. Only attended the entertainment twice but that was a working progress considering it was just the start of the season. The day entertainment lady outside where the pool was, she was a great vibe, I’d only love to have the energy she had daily. Had a fantastic stay considering it’s only 3*, and stayed in much worse that had a ‘better’ rating.

We had a nice stay. However there were some late nights and early mornings noise due to no acoustic installations in the walls or ceilings, the doors slam shut loudly which could be easily fix with soft closers. The food in general was good, although some of the hot food was cold, it would help if the food was labled correctly, ie sirloin steak turned out to be pork. All the staff were very helpful and polite, but on a serious note when the fire alarm went off in the night none of the staff had a clue what to do. The entertainment was still carrying on and people were still trying to go up in the lift to their rooms, no guidance was given. This needs to be addressed urgently! A suggestion for a net curtain in the room's would be nice to give some privacy and natural light, instead of having to close the heavy duty curtains and switch on all the lights and perhaps a couple of soft pillows 🙂 Although there were some issues, which we think can be resolved, we would stay again and would like to thank all the staff for their hospitality.

Start at the beginning checked in to hotel we had payed for a superior room 5th floor overlooking pool got a 1st floor overlooking a road I complained but fell on deaf ears told the TUI rep she sorted it out,the rooms have no fridge or tea or coffee basic room cleaning ok fresh towels every day, Swimming pool the coldest ever it has 3 massive trees over it so it gets no sun don’t know why,no smoking pool but every one dose the lifeguard is useless tells no one stinks of smoke. Now the food 🤢 never in 40 years of travel have I eaten crap like that only had tea once then ate out cost €300 that I’ll never get back the breakfast is just and I mean just bearable but the rest cold horrible disgusting 🤮. The bars are rubbish please if you can find somewhere else do so the hotel is good for one thing the beach it’s 3 minutes away

To begin with the check in situation was ridiculous. We waited over 2hrs to be checked into our rooms. Then when we got our rooms. For information we travelled as 2 parents, child and 2 grandparents so had 2 rooms. One room the patio door did not lock. We also requested a lower ground room, ended up on level2. We did report this to the TUI rep who was in our hotel and then to the front desk multiple times who said they would send maintenance. They never came. We stayed all inclusive, the food was terrible. It wasn't great quality and other guests had been ill afterwards. Also the times for breakfast were very early for a holiday. The kids pool was the best bit and the outside bar.

We stayed here as a family of four from 01/5-08/05. Check in was long, we were among the first guests to hosted here since the hotel had been bought over and opened under Mij brand. Where to start, first night water went out at 10pm, a fire alarm at 5.30am, we were placed on fourth floor because the lower floors were booked? My mother has mobility issues and there was no one to assist no information or communication from the staff, it took my mum over 30 mins to get down the stairs. The water was off repeatedly again no information provided the TUI reps tried their best but the issue kept happening. On top of this the food was cold, and not labelled. They started trying to label food after three days there. By the Saturday and Sunday many more checked into the hotel, the water issue persisted but the last two days was fine as a water truck came to the hotel 4-5 times per day to top it up. The entertainment staff Elena and Carla were lovely and we did enjoy their banter the first few nights. The rest of the staff were friendly enough but that couldn’t make up for the failings, I don’t think that this hotel is ready or prepared for the mania summer will bring. While we were there, there was at times no bread for toast, butter, milk not topped up and repeatedly had to be asked for. The food is beige, but often you could find something other times things were empty. The dining staff work extremely hard clearing the tables but there is no one to keep on top of replenishing the stock. On a final note I do not recommend all inclusive, so many things are not included and you have to pay for snacks. The only “snack” available is a made to order burger and fries ?!? My mum asked for the disabled key to the toilet and was told the toilets were downstairs, I had to explain to the rather grouchy lady on the desk that not all disabilities are visible. Overall, Es Canar is beautiful and I will be back but not to this hotel, which is a shame as the location is ideal and we had an amazing view unfortunately, each day we were awoken by noisy buses and bin trucks. We made allowances at the start but after working so hard all year to pay for a break the many failings in the basics and lack of communication became too much.

Awful. Rooms are basic and requests are not listened to. We requested a low floor room with pool view through TUI but were given a top floor car park view! Check in (arrived 11:20 am Mon 6th May), took 1hr 20 min. Just queuing in reception with no apology or acknowledgement for the delay. Tui reps and hotel staff around but nobody apologised or tried to speed things up Arrived in room, very basic, no tea, coffee, kettle, fridge, safe etc. Just the basics Food in the restaurant is awful. If you have dietary needs, forget it as everything is mislabelled (see pictures). Ham is labelled as cheese, 'show' cooking is grilled pineapple slices (wow), and spring rolls were actually chicken nuggets as they'd run out of spring rolls half an hour into dinner. Pool towels are advertised at a €10 deposit and €1 for each change which is fair, but when we asked, there were none available due to 'problems with the laundry'. Had to use the room towels instead which isn't allowed. Bar is basic with paper cups but can pay €1 deposit for a plastic cup. Entertainment non existent, sat here in the bar at 20:20 on Tuesday 7th May and nothing on. No animation now or around the pool all day. Hotel does have an app advertising entertainment but nothing on (see pics). Overall, lots promised but nothing delivered. Will be complaining to Tui.

So, you have to buy a plastic cup in order to be served at the bar, no cup, no service. The complex is very run down. Artificial grass on the play area and football pitch is lifting at the seams. The ‘children’s club’ aka garden shed was never open unless you call the staff taking out a plastic box of left over beach toys and a large connect 4 game 2 days out of the 7. Rude TUI and Hotel Staff.

Coral beach hotel was great holiday not far from two beaches not far from shops and pubs about 25 min walk to gypsy market the hotel charge €1 for pint cup but when you return the cup you get your €1 back nice air condition rooms staff nice and pleasant Breakfast starts at 8am The doors open at 9am to the pool and the sun beds All inclusive drinks ends at 11pm after that it at a charge free ice cream round pool
