Where do I start …. Oh yes here we go …. Very different from last year , not because of the location… weather … food …. Helpful and friendly staff ….. it’s the Benidormy , San Antonio class of clientele !! I have never heard so much rundeness bunch of people in my life !! Complain about the food … yet you take away plate fulls of it so it can’t be that bad ! It feels like the oh I paid for it so I must pig out , and drink enough !! What’s this all about queuing at the door before it’s time for the restaurant to open !!! Some of the manners towards the reception and restaurant staff makes me feel ashamed to be English ! On to the frequent door slammers of a night time, please can you show a bit of courtesy to other guests, don’t take much to hold your door when you shut it ! You had a good day and tomorrow is a different one if you want to get pickled ! But on the whole if you can avoid the ignorant few ,it’s a great location , brilliant and first class staff , food very good , so please make it a peaceful escana and it’s needs to be kept this way ! You will love its charm ! Thank you AluaSoul we will be back !!! Ps don’t read into the 1 contribution negatives on tripadvisor , total b******* s , aluasoul is fantastic and worth the money

We had an ocean view room. Beautiful view across the bay. Paid for a superior room which was really nice. Pool area really good and no fighting for a sunbed. Hotel clean and welcoming. Food really lets this hotel down. Luke warm, repetitive, tasteless. Definitely not what you expect from a four star hotel. For the price we paid for 5 days we were really disappointed.
