Apartamento lleno de plaga de hormigas en cocina y baño. Mala gestión del problema. Avisamos desde el primer momento, al día siguiente rociaron un producto y nos dejaron todo el baño lleno de hormigas muertas (cientos) sin limpiar. Volvimos a quejarnos y solicitamos cancelar la última noche, pero no nos hacían el reembolso inmediato. Todo sin entregarnos la factura ni la hoja de reclamación que le solicité reiteradamente. Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos con esta empresa (Astbury Formentera) y en ambos alojamientos tienen plaga de hormigas (Ses Platgetes y Can Basses), que sin ninguna duda es porque no fumigan ni sanean. Eso sí, ambos apartamentos tienen una vista espectacular.
