Popular Erzurum 4-star Hotels

Wir waren mehr als zufrieden mit diesem Hotel. Als unser Flug kurzfristig storniert wurde, musste ich unsere Buchung in diesem Hotel stornieren- trotz dem Unbehagen- war es überhaupt kein Problem- die Mitarbeiter waren sehr verständnisvoll und hilfsbereit- es war überhaupt kein Problem. Da wir diese Freundlichkeit und das Entgegenkommen so sehr geschätzt haben, haben wir dann zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt dieses Hotel gebucht- und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top! Jedes unserer 2 Kinder hatte ein Bett- + unser Dopppelbett—- das Zimmer war wirklich groß für den Preis- auch das Frühstück! Das Zimmer war sehr schön- ein Mangel war jedoch das unser Zimmer nur ein Fenster hatte und man keine Aussicht nach draußen hatte- quasi ein Teil des Gebäudes gesehen hat- somit war das Zimmer eher dunkel. Aber da wir am Abend angekommen sind , war das kein Problem. Was wir sehr schätzen ist das wir auch später auschecken durften. Das war auch kein Problem. Was ich aber am 2 meisten schätze- nach diesem Entgegenkommen ist auf jeden Fall- die Lage! Das Hotel ist im Zentrum- und wir hatten wenig Zeit! Wir konnten sehr viel fußläufig besichtigen!

The hotel is located opposite a large city hospital. It is a pity that the price, which is not small, does not include breakfast. I didn't like the sauna - there was a terrible smell of sewage and there was no bottled water. The bathroom in the room was with a plum in the plum. The smell of cigarettes was leaked from the ventilation, while the floor was for non-smoking people. In the rest of the rooms clean and comfortable.

Very clean, good service and a rich breakfast. Also a clean swimming pool and fitness studio. Very good :)

The staff are really very interested and respectful. The room is generally clean, not counting some small shortages. I sleeped comfortable in the night, the temperature was good. I didn't experience a situation that would be uncomfortable. The gentleman who was in charge of the breakfast when I was down to the hotel welcomed meat and said that we were waiting for my first guest. Breakfast was enough feeding and tasty. The tea was also fun because I'm looking for good tea everywhere, especially the quality of the tea. Thanks to all employees, a hotel I'll prefer in my next business trip. It is in the centre's position and away from noise. There are food places, cakes and cafes around. There are still plenty of car rental places on this street. Thanks to Rafo Hotel employees

The hotel is within walking distance to many tourist attractions and restaurants in the city center, and the breakfast served in the morning is very nice and satisfying. The rooms are warm, the friends at the reception are very helpful and help you with anything you need. A perfect price performance hotel, I recommend it to everyone.

Everything was very perfect, rooms were clean and wide, workers laughed and helpful, cheese and vegetables are available in every bowl at breakfast, and vegetables and salads.
