Brand new hotel! There is free underground parking. Good breakfast with service. An ideal option for transit guests!
Of the minuses, the door closer to the room is not configured, and they slam very loudly.

The hotel is generally ok, the food was ok, the staff is friendly, the prices in the hotel were also normal.
I can definitely recommend it.
I wouldn't recommend an Uber for city trips, normal taxis are cheaper.

Отель расположен напротив большой городской больницы. Жаль, что в стоимость, которая не маленькая, не входит завтрак. Не понравилась сауна - был ужасный запах канализации и отсутствовала бутилированная вода. Унитаз в номере был с налетом в сливе. Из вентиляции просачивался запах сигарет, при том, что этаж был для некурящих.
В остальном номера чистые и уютные.

The hotel was a real surprise - even though most of the staff didn't speak a lot of English they went out of their way to communicate, the room was large and super comfortable. The buffet breakfast provided loads of variety. The only downside was that the hotel was a 10 minute taxi drive from the center of town so it wasn't walkable to the city centre.

They are really doing well, we liked it. If we come back to the Erzurum, it will be our top choice. Breakfast was brillant. They have friendly staff. There is a starbucks it which is also good option to take your coffe.

Recommend Ramada Erzurum to everyone. The Hotel is very clean and comfortable but more importantly, the staff are so friendly, respectful and have a service understating that is beyond any expectation. They go out of there way to help, assist and to ensure that you are happy regardless of the date and time. The team works around the clock 24/7

Şehir oteli gibi görünse de , kayak pistine ulaşmak çok basit. Otelden düzenli gidiş ve geliş için servis var. Kayak pistinin üzerinde denecek kadar piste yakın Otele ait kayak odasından servis alarak keyifle kayağınızı yapabiliyorsunuz. Akşam dönüş için Kayak odasına geldiğinizde servis aracına binmeden önce sıcak içecekler ve küçük ikramlıklar sizi beklediği gibi, otele döndüğünüzde de 5 çayı ve bol çeşitli iştah bastırıcılar sizi bekliyor.
