The hotel is walking distance from Erzincan train station - it is located in the heart of the city. The room was really spacious, so was the bathroom. I had two beds in my room, wifi was working good as well. Breakfast was delicious. The girl at the reception was super friendly and always ready to help.

Erzincan'a ilk gidişimdi. Arkadaşlarımızla beraber kaldık. Onlar daha evvel yıllarca oteli denemişler. Simay hotel güler yüzlü personeli, temiz odaları, mütevazi ama sıcacık kahvaltısı ile herkese tavsiye edilir. Ayrıca yöresel ürünler otelde de sergileniyor ve satışa sunuluyor. Erzincan tulum peyniri, bal gibi. Şehrin merkezinde olması da ayrıca güzel bir özellik.

Çarşaflar değiştirilmemiş gibiydi. Havlular yıpranmış, sert, morarmıştı. Oda tam temizlenmemişti. Kahvaltı salonunun zemini yapış yapıştı. Çay bardakları kirliydi. Kahvaltı sunumu özensiz, içeriği 4 yıldızı hak etmiyordu. Personele müşteri memnuniyeti eğitimi verilmeli

Kesinlikle 4 yıldızlı değil. Yemekler vasat. Restoranda çatı kapalıyken bile sigara içilmesine izin veriliyor. Çayı kağıt bardakta veriyorlar. Odadaki havlular o kadar eski ki iplikleri dökülüyor. Duş başlığı yok, tepeden su akıyor

Nous n’avons pas passé un bon séjour car la climatisation était en panne et il faisait très chaud ce soir-là. Le réceptionniste nous a assuré que ce serait réparé dans l’heure qui suivait notre arrivée, ce qui n’a pas été le cas. Nous n’avons pas bien dormi. C’est dommage car l’hôtel est tout a fait correct et le petit déjeuner est très bien.
