酒店配有一次性浴巾臉巾和馬桶墊，旁邊就是派出所，安全完全不擔心，大馬路一條街都是吃的選擇非常多。但是衝著温泉來的，結果説户外泡池春節檢修？我們去看了，明明在正常營業，不知道什麼意思，不給我們門票，是為了對外賣30門票？然後推薦我們泡室內的，其實就是個恆温游泳池，一米四深，根本沒法坐着泡，第一次聽説這叫温泉。

不錯的温泉度假體現，房間的設施齊全，唯一的挑剔就是洗澡要把温泉池的水放掉，要站在温泉池裡洗澡，想泡温泉又要重新放水。

首先，不是惡意差評。我們都是上班族，趁着下班想着度過一個愉快的週末和節日。首先晚上到的時候有一個説普通話的男士，對我們態度還是很好的。但是到前台入住辦理的時候前台給我們的體驗感極差，已經明確的説我們是在什麼平台上定的房間，還要一而再再而三的跟我們説，開不了房間。要一再的確定，然後反覆折騰，快弄了二十分鐘，才讓我們入住。入住完以後我們下來準備泡温泉。又告知我們説户外温泉10點關門，我們想着也是自己來的有點晚，所以就在他們室內温泉泡。到了第2天我們起來休息以後跟前台的人又問諮詢過説户外温泉是在哪裡怎麼泡？他們説要走出去酒店外面給我們票，而且他明確的説如果你們去我才給你們，票不去我就不給，那是不是就意味着如果有人來不知道你們有户外温泉，你們就完全不用給票了？我們兩個吃完早點回到房間差不多是11:00，我們11:20的時候下去，我們本來也是想着，如果我們泡温泉時間長，都打算要續租幾個小時，結果下去跟前台説讓他拿票給我們，他就在那裡指責我們，説我們是在酒店裡將近快一個小時，然後又説什麼12點他們退房了，如果我們現在去泡温泉的話，他要付給温泉那邊錢，他不願意出這個錢。我都和他説我們續住，他依然不願意給我們票，就一直強調12點退房。但問題是你們酒店沒有明確的説是幾點鐘以前去那個户外温泉，也沒有明確的説你們的户外温泉在哪裡，這個是你們的問題，我們是看到你們的酒店環境，有户外温泉和室內温泉，我們才選擇定你們家的。而且如果説你們12點退房以後就不願意給客人户外温泉的話，為什麼當天入住的時候你們不提前説明這些是你們酒店的問題，不是我們客人的問題，但凡你們提前已經説明這些問題了，我相信沒有任何一個客人會像我這樣打出這些文字來表達內心的不滿，我實話説在你們酒店的入住體驗極差。與其花這些價格在你們家入住的話，我還不如去麗源，去火焰山等等類似的温泉酒店。如果我衹是為了泡一個室內温泉的話，我完全沒有必要來到你們家，我直接在棲谷温泉酒店就可以泡了呀。以後不會再來了，朋友也不給推薦！
