Ac was not working, bed bugs on bed. Tv also not working. Rooms were not cleaned for 4 days. I also got allergy vecause of bed bugs

Staff is nice. The hotel is average, not bad, and not so good. Overall, it is good to stay because the hotel is near the marino drive and also in the market center

1. Ac's were not working properly. 2. Inspite of booking deluxe room we got non-deluxe/ standard room of small size.

It’s horrible. My rooms was given to someone else i guess these guys are selling the rooms to couples on hourly basis and rooms was given to me by 3pm and no proper bed sheets no nothing.

I booked a standard ac room, the room was very small, the bed was not comfortable. The corridors were full of alcohol and a smoking smell. This room was only who are looking for a budget room

Poor service provided. No bedsheets changed or cleaning service provided for two days of stay. Asked for extra towels for washroom but there was no subsequent reply from the reception. Really poor experience

We booked 2 rooms for 6 persons. Only 2 towels available. Rooms were too small that it was difficult to accommodate 3 persons. Parking was not available. We had to park our car on road side. Only advantage is location.

The staffs were well behaved and welcoming. Room was small, but was clean and well maintained. Bed was clean and felt fresh. Bathroom was also good.
