Location Is at MG Road
Food didn't have as it had same veg and non veg kitchen , but they are allowing Food from Swiggy Zomato

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and great location. Breakfast was good, and check-in was smooth. Perfect for a short stay. Would definitely recommend for the price. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend

Property is located at a walkable distance from metro station. Comfortable stay, friendly staff and a clean room.

The property is a good one, the rooms are nice but the service given by the staff is very bad, to say the least. The staff is non responsive and inexperienced. No senior manager is available to raise a grievance. I suggest that Make my Trip take off this hotel from the list of their hotels and save themselves from further such reviews. I for my part will warn anyone going to Kochi to stay away from this hotel.

The staff is really unresponsive and lacks basic hospitality. You have to give multiple reminders to get even a small thing done. The rooms are also not very clean - used towels, dirty washrooms.
Moreover, the food isn't good either.
