Gm of tribute royal e showed attitude to me & to room service people to not do any favour to the customers who were frequently staying for 2-3 times and even the room service guys w err ready in doing the same, but he refused. And whats the point in not serving outside food. This is too bad. Its a simple & basic consideration these guys should follow. And this will be the last & final stay in this hotel i swear. Such a bad experience i have faced ever in my life. Be polite & kind mr gm, this will help u in future to avoid these kind of bad customer reviews and things. This is a small tip gore u mr. Gm, if u r kind & polite to customer, u ll be marked as unique & can show perfect example of a perfect hotel rather comparing previllages of other hotels as u said this morning, just be urself and then compare others. Thanks for this horrible experience.
