Service is just ok, room and bathroom has not need, altogether terrible stay. In bathroom tiles was broken, i asked for another room they provide double room it was also tertible

The whole room was not clean. The toilet facilities were terrible to be honest ***** with rusty co-loured water

Stay is about 1 km from jln metro station. Okayish stay with very basic amenities. It is very very hot in the 2nd floor. No good hotels very near by (but can go to deshabhimani junction to get some better hotels) don't suggest this hotel to family though. Solo travellers can adjust it in this one for one day stay and all.

The room was neat and good. Good dealing by staffs had a very good time out there. Hope to book the same hotel again

Stay was good and location also easy to get, parking also there room is small but good and neat.

It was a wonderful stay. I was quite worried about the stay, because i paid below 500 only so expectations were very less. Once i entered it was like wow. Value for money quite neat bathroom and nice bed. I will suggest this one for my friends too.

Cleanliness is average. No blankets were provided. Small budget friendly room. No water heaters. No dust bin inside the room.

Not clean toilet, i check out just after 5 min because the room was tiny and toilet was worst. Horrible experience.

No cleaning done, no tv. No hot water, no elevator, when i ask for tv he told all rooms are filled.

Just a basic room, with no amenities, no bottle of water, no dust bin, no soap. I booked a non ac room, switches were broken. Even the bathroom was very unclean and had a foul smell. The towel provided was also not clean.

Decent stay for a nominal price, neatly maintained bedspread and bathroom, near to ernakulam town railway station, metro station and lulu international mall. Friendly staffs and quick atmosphere
