Stay was beautiful, food was so tasty and service was amazing, specially Manika and Simrantha, both are very helpful and caring. Thank you both of you. Specially for hot serving. Front desk employees are also so helpful. Keep maintain the same... Be happy, Be healthy....

Even Oyo in NCR are better than this so called 4 star hotel. Room stinks and lack basic amenities like dental kit, disposable slippers and toiletries. Food is bad and scarce. Rice are raw,and one need to wait for 15 20 minutes for the dishes to replenished. Complete waste of money and time

My stay at Ginger Hotel was pleasant overall. The hotel boasts a nice ambiance, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The food served was also quite good, which added to the positive experience. Would recommend for a comfortable stay.

I recently stayed at Ginger Hotel on MG Road in Kochi and had a delightful experience. The highlight was the pleasant staff who were incredibly welcoming. Their friendly demeanor added a special touch to my visit. The hotel was clean and comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would recommend Ginger Hotel to anyone visiting Kochi.

Near to MG road. MG road and Maharajas college metro station are around 600 metres from hotel. Highcourt water taxi and Marine drive is around 1.5 KM.. Hotel room was big enough and having comfortable bed. It was neat and clean. Hotel breakfast spread was also nice, not a huge one but reasonable and tasty.

Staff are excellent including reception,restaurant and housekeeping. The names are suhana,amal,anjali,gowri, roshan,Monica,manuraj,sibi, vishnu. They are so exceptional in their service to me. They are so cheerful and friendly. I appreciate all their services and I hope that they will do the same in my next visit.

I was having a great experience there.special thanks to SUHANA. A very polite and friendly staff. she helped us in all way throughout the stay.the rooms were neat and clean. The pool water was very low.that should be improved.other than that everything was good. The hotel is situated in the middle of city.so that easy to catchup all nearby shops,metro station and film theatres.great location with great budget friendly rooms.will definitely recommend to my other friends and family. Special thanks to Suhana for helping us.will visit again

The stay was excellent and ambience is extra ordinary. All staffs are very polite and helpful. Especially F&B Manager Mr. Manuraj He is such a nice person and very active.
