Kochi Marriott Hotel Reviews

Our stay at Marriott Kochi was excellent! From the food to the service.. we couldn't have asked for anything more. They were on point for everything! We got a free room upgrade and the staffs were really going the extra mile for us. Food spread was excellent too. Our babies had a great time and actually requested us to take them back to the hotel when we checked-in to another hotel at another state the next day. Will definitely be back here again and highly recommended this hotel to everyone.. A big thank you once again to the management and staffs at Marriott Kochi for the excellent service!!

Staff were friendly and professional. Check in was hassle free Room was clean Tv had many channels Breakfast spread is sumptuous Has a shuttle service to lulu mall even though walking to lulu mall is less than 5mins

The stay was great . The service was excellent and the Kerala cuisine was really good

The hotel was maintained very well and the staff provided top notch service at all levels. Right from Parth at the front desk who checked us in and went above and beyond accommodating all our requests to Rose and Aswathy who helped us with checkout. The staff at the restaurant at the lobby (Abhishek and Masud- I hope I got their names right) and the maestro bartender at the poolside bar. If I had one qualm, it would be the door stoppers in two of our rooms were broken and were rolling around the floor by the front door. Minor detail however. I definitely look forward to staying here in my future travels.

limited menu after 11 pm room service. no alcohol served at coffee shop. does not have a feeling of 5 star property.

The property is amazing, needs better cafe as it is right next ro reception and it stays very busy and noisy all the time due to corporate functions and other guests.

Wasn’t happy that I had to pay twice the going rate. Even then the staff did not waive the fee for an extra bed. Special mention to Rose who was very pleasing to chat with.

The staff did a very good job in spite of a large number of guests at the breakfast area.

We wanted to stay for another week, called down to the front desk, was told the will call us back with details. Gave staff 45 minutes and writer called again. Writer was told to expect a call back within a few minutes. Writer waited until 12:25 Am, no call back. I’ve stayed at this property numerous times per year. We checked out and went to another property. Marriott dropped the ball, big time!!!

Very good customer service and excellent Chef details.

The staff is what made this stay so enjoyable. They are courteous and very accommodating. The food was also amazing.

Near to Lulu mall, so convenient for shopping
