Was waken up by water on the floor at about 3:30 a.m as there was a pipe bust, had to be moved to another room and laptop charger was damaged , my sneakers that i was suppose to wear at work was wet. When i go to work in the morning i asked that the manager give me a call so that we discuss about the incident and up util today she/he never came back to me or just to check how im i doing after the incident.....tumps down with Ermelo Inn !

No water for more than 4 hours. Cannot shower, cannot make tea or coffee and when requesting water you get told that only one 500ml of water per room. No compensation for having no water. And that is said with an arrogant attitude.

Provide extra blankets in the rooms because Emerlo weather is unpredictable in the middle of the night you can switch on air conditioning because it will make noise, you rather have an extra blanket. Provide irons to the rooms via a call request, your ironing station is extremely far coming from room 341 Refraining from providing guests with torn towels. After removing the dirty towels from make sure they are replaced before the guests return to the hotel room. Use feather dusts to remove spider webs. I used to get best service from the hotel but this time around I was very disappointed

I recently had the pleasure of staying at African Sky Ermelo Inn, and it was a truly delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and quick, and I was immediately impressed by the hotel's warm and inviting atmosphere.

It was not as bad as I've heard from my colleagues, I was expecting the worst infrastructure. The rooms are big enough and most importantly they are clean. The only worst thing is the food, oh the food is bad. I ordered room service of grilled fish with vegetables easy enough to cook right? But they got it so wrong, I only took two bites and I couldn't continue, luckily I had snacks with me to fill me for the night. Breakfast was equally bad, they seriously need to invest in a qualified chef.

The facility is very good, rooms well-furnished and carpet very clean. But biggest concern is the restaurant /dining hall. The waitresses were just OK, not much of hospitality treatment. On the other side it appears a customer should speak the local language for better service, if not the attitude changes hence unwelcoming face of the chef.

I've never been so disappointed at what should be a well established hotel. Food is so stale & no variety. Hotel service is SLOW! Not worth the high rates they charge. It needs to be reduced to a 2-star.

The staff was very helpful, beautiful,neat and clean rooms. But the food is not nice, they just need to improve in that but everything else is perfect. We had a beautiful stay. There’s also safe parking

An unexpectedly wonderful stay in Ermelo during March, friendly and efficient staff, spacious rooms and sparkling clean. I struggled to connect to the wifi, but other than that it was an ideal place to stay for our business trip.
