"A short trip to meet friends or family is highly recommended. The hotel is next to the Hbf. The room is neat and clean with sustainable Smart Control. It is super quiet even though it’s near the Hbf. Every payment in the hotel are with cards or app pay transactions. The bar at the lobby is 24 hours which is very nice for visitors to have some chats and beers."
"The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station and a few minutes walk from Erfurt City. Shopping and shopping are convenient. Breakfast is rich, but it is better to travel early."

"About 15 minutes walk from Hbf, directly at the entrance to the old town, about 10min to the cremer bridge, very clean, something bright to the hall, looks re-renoved, staff at the reception very friendly, spins against caution available for baggage, Breakfast also with gluten free alternatives, shower/wash bath directly in the bedroom, toilet extra, room cleaning only every 3 days, water cooker/cafe oa there is no, shower gel available, room darkness super, suits for a short trip!"
"The staff was friendly and the service was very good. We arrived early and entertained us kindly. The shared toilet bathroom was very clean. There is also a free coffee machine, which is really great, and even more unexpected is that breakfast is provided! The sheets need to be charged separately, and the two of us are about €7. The fly in the ointment is to climb the stairs, it is not convenient to take luggage, and WiFi is slow. But overall it is still very good, especially suitable for a large group of friends and family! recommend!"
Wie gesagt, sehr zu empfehlen."

Very Good
GGuest UserVery nice hotel. Super located. Directly in the old town and near historical buildings and attractions. A lot of shops and gastronomy nearby.
Rooms and equipment very nice.
I'll like to book again there.
KKonstantin AlekseevGreat location, literally 2 minutes on foot to the Erfurt Cathedral. Great breakfast, good variety, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff.
The room itself is not what one will expect from a 4-stars-hotel. Absolutely uncomfortable, cold, old furniture which doesn't suit to such a hotel. Horribly noisy, basically you can hear your neighbours, awful! Not to mention the old noisy a/c! No coffee maker or at least a kettle in the room! Instead you're kindly asked to go to the reception and buy coffee or any drinks from the vending machine. And please, people, check the tissues package! If there are only several tissues left, then you'd better change the whole package instead of waiting till it's empty...or am I wrong?!
During my next trip to Erfurt I will definitely try another hotel to compare it, this one gets from me the lowest possible mark!
AAnonymous UserA bit old hotel, but the problem is not very big, or a small suite, the key problem is that the bathroom has heating room is open but not, the most amazing is the bed, written is a big bed room, actually two single beds put together, the quilt is also according to the single bed is very small, It was not tightly covered at all, so I woke up in the middle of the night, forced to cover a bath towel, cover the quilt, and cover the small quilt of the next bed. In the end, I still had a cold and fever 😂😂 It was too difficult at such a special moment.
GGuest UserThe hotel is 5 minutes walk from the train station. To the city centre it is about 10 minutes walk. The room was clean and the service at the reception was very friendly and helpful. We can't say anything about breakfast because we have breakfast outside.
I would certainly recommend the hotel and choose it again.
AAnonymous UserFacilities: The design of the hotel is outstanding, no doubt about it. It has a strong modern feel, endless glass on the opposite wall, floor heating in the bathroom, and small reminder labels everywhere, etc. The only drawback is that there is no minibar.
Hygiene: Very good, the overall feeling is very clean.
Environment: Although it is next to the train station, there are still relatively few dining and shopping options. And the consumption is expensive. A meal costs 30 to 40 euros.
Service: A far cry from the design intentions of the hotel! The advantages in design give the waiters superiority and create an indifferent sense of service. For example, when checking in, there was already a long queue of customers. One of the two front desks was waiting slowly, while the other person stopped and started talking on the phone, leaving the customers waiting.
GGuest UserOverall we were very satisfied with the stay and service. The only criticism we have is the availability of the hotel with the car. After three attempts we gave it up. The transit through construction sites was not possible everywhere. We have finally placed our car in a parking house.
GGuest UserWe were very pleasantly surprised, super friendly reception and treatment, our Navi had problems with finding the address. Thanks to the €9 ticket we have been able to design our stay in Erfurt with the public well.
Danke and Team
GGuest UserA budget accommodation that is in an easy reach to the city center and major tourist sights. There are all the basics what budget travelers could need during travel.
