That’s too bad! The bathroom has a large French window but no curtains, so there is no privacy in the bathroom. We called customer service and they said there was no way they could provide any help. There were no vacant rooms and no maintenance personnel unless we gave up the room ourselves. I have never seen such a stubborn customer service. They also said that the bathroom window was one-way glass. I went downstairs to try it myself and I could see it clearly in the bathroom. Finally I found a way to solve the bathroom problem myself. Highly not recommended, not recommended in any aspect.
Self check-in was also a hassle.
