Spent a night in the 40sqm apartment which is perfectly fine for two adults and a child on the huge pull out sofa. Spacious. Nice and modern bathroom. Kitchen equipment was not that great (only one large plate, crumbs in the cutlery drawer, some glasses not clean) and overall cleanliness could be improved. Location is Great, quick Walk or Tram ride to Erfurts impressive old city. Quiet neighbourhood and back yard location. Would use again

We had booked an overnight stay at Limehome in Erfurt and were unfortunately bitterly disappointed. As soon as we arrived, we noticed that the room was in a catastrophic state. We found black hair in the bed and in the shower, the fan was thickly covered in dust, and the entrance area looked like a garbage dump. In the entrance area there were trampled kebab remains, empty and spilled drinks cans that you literally had to walk through to even get into the building. It was not only unhygienic, but simply disgusting. We immediately tried to contact customer service, but neither Limehome nor ******* responded to our complaints at all. No response, no concessions - simply nothing. Since the hygienic conditions were unacceptable and we could not feel comfortable under these conditions, we were forced to leave that night. We cannot recommend Limehome in Erfurt at all and will avoid this provider in the future. Cleanliness and service should be the top priority, but both were completely neglected here.

Ich würde ja gerne etwas über die Unterkunft schreiben, aber dazu hätte man ... Von vorne: Ich buchte die Unterkunft, ich bezahlte, ich bekam die Bestätigung, ich machte den online checkin, auch der online checkin wurde bestätigt, der Countdown zum anzeigen des Eingangscodes läuft herunter - erhält man erst zum checkin. So weit so gut, also frohen mutes nach Erfurt gefahren (390KM). Unterwegs nach dem Checkin Code geschaut ... timer läuft noch (war auch noch nicht 15:00Uhr). In Erfurt im Parkhaus Hauptbahnhof geparkt - checkincode ... aufgrund technischer ... später noch mal versuchen. Also mit dem Gepäck zur Unterkunft gelaufen (im Regen). Vor der Türe - aufgrund technisch ... OK also die Servicenummer angerufen ... Warteschlange ... 10min ... 20min ... 30min ... 37min später eine nette Dame: ja da gab es ein technisches Problem - Zimmer nicht zugewiesen, ok dann weisen sie zu - geht nicht überbucht!!! Sie wollte dann noch nach etwas anderem in Erfurt ... aber geht nur per mail ... WAR MIR DANN LATTE - war bereits auf dem Weg ins Prizeotel (200m Weg) - Aussage dort "ja das hören wir öfters von Gästen die da buchen"
