Wir hatten für eine Nacht (Sa – So, Adventswochenende) für drei Erwachsene, Preis 202,50 EUR, das Apartment-Deluxe-Ensuite gebucht. Das Apartment liegt in sehr zentraler Lage – Aber, das ist auch schon alles Positive. Wir wurden reserviert, ja fast schon unfreundlich und unkompetent, begrüßt (Die lästigen Gäste kommen…). Die zwei Zimmer mit Küchenzeile wirken sehr spartanisch und nicht gerade wohnlich eingerichtet. In den Zimmern gab es keine Ablagemöglichkeiten (Schrank, o.ä.) für unsere Sachen. Lediglich auf dem Flur stand ein zwei Meter langer freistehender (hässlicher) Garderobenständer mit einigen Bügeln, der nicht gerade einladend wirkte. Die Zimmer waren nur oberflächlich gereinigt. In einem Zimmer fanden wir noch eine angebrochene Kondomverpackung. Die Gläser in der Küche waren zum Teil unsauber. Eine Toilette war völlig ungereinigt und wies starke Nutzungsspuren der vorherigen Gäste auf. Weiterhin fehlten Spiegel und Handtuchhalter. Wie kann man eine Unterkunft (Bezeichnung: Apartment-Deluxe-Ensuite!) in einem derartigen Zustand zu einem derartigen Preis (202,50 EUR) anbieten!? Wir können nur jedem von einer Buchung abraten.
