My review refers mainly to the golfing facilities enjoyed through membership. I play a few times each week and the corses are kept in great condition to allow play throughout. The course crew are excellent and work hard to retain a very playable coarse. Max and his team are always on hand to help and always have a very pleasant & friendly manner. They enjoy a bit of banter and make us feel extremely welcome. Max, Mike, Callum & Phil make a great customer friendly team and are a credit to Morley, not to mention Pym at the range, a lovely lady. Of course at this time of year it’s nice to chat about your round over a drink and or bite to eat and Spikes accommodates this perfectly. Here we have Keiren & Josh looking after our every need. Fantastic friendly service and again a credit to Morley. First class overall and the food whether in spikes or main restaurants for me is best in class. Never had a bad meal here. My guiness is a little pricey but always poured to perfection so no grumbles really. Always a great day out here no matter the time of year.

We attend a Christmas lunch party, just a group of 3 ladies, wow what can I say the food was delicious , the room was beautifully decorated , staff attentive, professional and pleasant I didnt get the name of the lady in the suit who spoke to us asking if we d enjoyed it she was so lovely would 100%recommend it and will be returning next year and also try one of their many theme nights

A fantastic Christmas lunch with disco this afternoon. The room looked really festive which was a good start, followed by an excellent lunch and an afternoon disco. The staff are always welcoming and efficient, nothing is too much trouble for them. An excellent time was had by all😀

We had a fabulous Sunday lunch with Santa. The Granary loft was decorated beautifully, the seating was nicely spread out. The food was piping hot and delicious - chef knows what he’s doing! It was a lovely family experience, Santa made a big effort with our 2 girls, the presents were fab! Very well thought through from start to finish. All staff are very attentive. Would highly recommend. Thank you

We stayed for one night due to a work Christmas party, and the Hotel was a delight! Living locally, I've been to Morley Hayes restaurants (Dovecote & Rooters) numerous times for special occasions, and also been to a number of parties held in their Function Rooms. However, this is the first time I stayed the night and made use of the facilities on site! The room was cozy, clean and luxurious, with plenty of room and storage! We had breakfast included in our room rate, however we went further and had this as room service, the gentlemen who delivered the food was polite and really helpful with the trays. All in all - the stay was perfect, and I would highly recommend it!

Well were do we begin . Wedding held in garden dome and pavillion Perfect day from start till end . Staff are a credit to you Andrew they were all amazing megan and jane are the names i know but every member of the team we encountered were amazing roosters spikes hotel team all made our day special before and after xthankyou x Food is amazing ate in all bars ..spikes Roosters ..dovecote x champagne breakfast snacks all second to non Dj Alan was brilliant x would highly reccomend ..x We slso had secret waiters to sing morley hayes took this all perfectly Well organised but made to feel special x Visit week later team even remebered us from our wedding Well all we can say is thanyou .. Simply the best x

Christmas lights and decorations are jaw dropping. The service and food was top class in a warm and cosy environment. Can’t fault it. The staff, mainly youngsters were very polite and ‘on it. The food was very good value for money too. Worth a trip at Christmas for the lights alone.

Went to Morley Hayes for a wreath making event. The instruction and materials for making the wreath were exceptional. We were given coffee and a small warm mince pie on arrival, and after the event we had a 2 course lunch which was superb. Very good value for money and all delivered at an extremely beautiful venue. The staff were very courteous, and service well delivered . Will definitely book for next year, and will look for further events here.
