Best Hotels near Genghis Khan Statue Complex, Erdene

5/5 stay. We arranged a pick up from downtown UB which included sightseeing on the way. This took about 4.5 hours. I booked a ger for 2 nights. The experience was magical. Even though it dropped to -3 during the night, it was very warm. Breakfast was usually eggs / bread / bacon. Good coffee. Showers/ loos were situated a 3 mins walk from ger. We arranged a 3 1/2 hour horse trek through the hotel. I would recommend this as it’s a great way to see the area. The horse were very well behaved taking us through rivers and overland. On our final day the hotel arranged to visit a local nomad and watch him bring his cattle in. Also throughly recommend. We ate dinner at the restaurant each night. Food ample and yummy. They were happy to cook non meat options for me that weren’t on the menu. All in all this was a great a experience. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would love to come in the spring!

1. The location of the hotel is good. It is very close to Sukhbaatar Square on foot. It is also convenient to eat nearby. There is an excellent balcony on the roof, which is great for watching the sunset. 2. After staying for three days, the room was not cleaned every day, but the room was not cleaned every day. I communicated with the guy at the front desk, and it was like a chicken-to-duck talk. Every time I did it well, every time I didn't clean it. Only the young lady spoke better English and could make arrangements immediately after communication. 3. The Flower Hotel has 180 rooms and is very popular with local, Asian and Russian travelers. My room was very large, the bathroom was also and there was a bathtub. Room service was confusing, sometimes lacked toilet paper, some other thing. The facilities were good, but they came into the years and without much snack. The bed was very good, air conditioning worked. The Indian and Japanese local in the house I personally found moderate and overpriced, the Korean on the cross is fantastic. Breakfast is versatile, but unfortunately in a jewelry windowless room. Very difficult: the indoor rooms close shortly after 21:00. I didn't understand that at all - often I came there just from the work and finally worried about the corner of the mini market. The staff is very careful. Location: The hang down is the shopping mall Emart with mostly Korean range and large food department - closes at 22:00. At foot you can reach something - sometimes faster than in the taxi through the bust. What was really nice: from the lobby to the room you have to get down a stairway to one gang, then again a stairway to the lift. As I always took several baggage to work, it was my daily sports exercise - although not rarely an hotel staffer hurried and helped. But all in all I felt very well.

Good, comfortable and pleasant accommodation. The facilities were clean and the staff were friendly. The boss was surprised by his Korean skills. It was my first trip to Mongolia, but I enjoyed it. There was a convenience store next to the hotel, so I ate delicious food and breakfast. I wanted to stay for a few more days, but unfortunately the itinerary was tight, so I want to go again next time. I'll stop by again when I travel to Mongolia.
