It is a very good hotel in Erbil. The security is exaggerated. There are guards with AK47 guns, police dogs and roadblocks at the door. The breakfast is also very rich. There is a swimming pool and gym in the basement.

I cannot thank the Chief Concierge and his team enough for their outstanding service and professionalism. I had some urgent business paperwork that needed handling, and they went above and beyond to assist me.Their efficiency and attention to detail saved me a great deal of time and stress. It’s rare to find a concierge service that extends beyond the usual hospitality, and their willingness to assist with business matters truly impressed me.Beyond that, their warm and approachable nature made the entire experience seamless. The hotel is very nice and the staff are very friendly and helpful especially the Chief Concierge MA…the rooms are very good and tidy …the service is excellent …the restaurants are good and serve excellent food ..the location of the hotel is nice and quiet area

The Divan Hotel Airport Shuttle service is fantastic. Their driver Mr Arsad is always on time, extremely professional and friendly. He is always willing to respond on short notice and always finds a solution for unforseen issues that might arise. Highly recommended.
