Cozy little hotel, living in a triple room, a large bed plus a sofa bed. The room is small, it is a sloping roof, it is short, the bed is basically full, but it is very clean. American breakfast, similar to the average hotel, there are some, feel good. It is easy to find with navigation. In the small town outside Ulm, there is a free private parking at the door, suitable for self-driving. The front desk is off work at 8:00 in the evening, and the bar is self-service after work. Nice modern hotel, we chose a queen bed room which was adequate. Mattress was really comfortable! There is air conditioning which was very nice! Those with allergies should perhaps know that the rooms have carpeted floors. Outside parking 15 €, we honestly found it too expensive. Breakfast buffet was nice, fully automatic coffee machine with fair trade coffee, tea selection, fresh ginger and lemon... delicious croissants... the great thing, you can have breakfast on the terrace... The staff were all very friendly :-)

I found the B&B surprising value for money. Though located away from the centre, it's only a 10 minute walk to get there. Yes, the hotel stands by a fairly busy road and overlooks the main railway station but I was surprised how well sound-proofed the building was, and my room directly faced these areas. Also, bear in mind, activity on road and rail is minimal at night. The room with its bathroom/shower was to a high standard, modern, clean and functional. I'd read the reviews before my visit. On my arrival, I understood immediately why they were so good. If anyone is looking for an inexpensive stay in Ulm and doesn't mind stopping a little outside the centre, this place ought to suit. Out of choice, I didn't use the breakfast facility or the bar. It was a simple stop for me and I have no complaints whatsoever. For the price, the standard was excellent.

The new hotel, the smell of formaldehyde is very large, the room does not provide hot water!

Useful pretty hotel, easy to reach by train or car, with possibility of parking, outside (free) or in the private garage; very near to the city center, just above the old fascinating fishermen’s medieval quarter. Our room vas at the top floor, very pretty and quite silent, considering the proximity of the railway. Staff is nice and pleasant, I think here you can find the best quality/price ratio in the city center.

This is the third time we have used this hotel as a stop on our way to Italy. We had issues with vehicle on way down so phoned hotel to let them know and key was put into a safe by the door, which was simple to use. We had a family room, which are very spacious and plenty of room for the 4 of us. The first issue was the parking, or lack of it. There seems to be lots of other apartments around the hotel now, all vying for parking space, so either be early or be prepared to park your car on the street and have a walk with your cases etc to the hotel. Maybe a barrier system should be installed so it can be controlled better. The restaurant has changed from the traditional German affair and become an Indian one so limiting the choice for travellers. The breakfast buffet was nowhere near as good as it was before, even though there seemed to be lots to choose from, the quality just didn’t seem the same.

really lovely clean hotel,spacious rooms,friendly and helpful reception man,beds very comfy, short 10 min walk into town,great parking underground (go round into mercedes benz abd down).i was pleasantly surprised with this spot.would definitely use again. 2 Bottles of water free in room ,nice touch but personally naturel rather than fizzy or maybe 1 of each..x
