I was at Best Western Leonardo da Vinci Hotel for three nights. My room was excellent: the bed was comfortable, the room was large; air conditioning worked very well, and insulation from outside noise was perfect. I also had a small balcony with a view on the mountains surrounding Erba. The bathroom was very good. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Free wi-fi worked very well; staff were helpful and friendly; breakfast was OK, and it could easily be improved with a few additional choices.

Excellent hotel, very comfortable, courteous and professional staff, the jewel in the crown is the restaurant, a variety of dishes, cooked with passion, creativity and imagination. Very well-stocked wine list, Maitre Carlo puts you at ease and accompanies you on a journey that totally involves you. I highly recommend it

They ask for a deposit on towels not found in the rooms (never changed and I add a room for three with a body towel for three people therefore never put in the room) without knowing the cleaners rummage and make personal objects disappear from the suitcases including money, taking advantage of the fact that they were lodging some kids, making them look like thieves!!! ps: the deposit with the missing money had been given in abundance
