The hotel is 8 mins walk from the beach front. And only a stone throw away from shops and restaurants. So the location is very good. The breakfast must be the highlight. A lot of options. The pool was small but nice to sunbath and a quick dip. The bar separating the kids pool and the real pool was good and cheap. Overall experience as good but don’t bother with the spa/massage etc. Very poor.

Wonderful place. The service is good, responsive staff. The breakfast was amazing. Now we will always rent an apartment there. There are wonderful restaurants nearby and a beach nearby. In general, everything was great

Nice, clean hotel with friendly service. We especialy liked the top-floor pools, including kid friendly pool and bar. Breakfast are fresh in buffet style, including fresh coffee, juices. Rooms are nice and spacious with huge balcony.

I liked everything, a wonderful hotel, a beautiful view from the pool, especially where there is a Jacuzzi. Very tasty and generous breakfast, everything was delicious. The rooms are beautiful and clean after renovation. The sea is not far away

Very friendly hosts, nice and clean environment and the rooftop pools are very firendly for families with toddlers. I can recommand the hotel with warm heart. The beach was sandy and clean and the sunbeds are included in the price!

We booked in to the hotel as a last minute and we were glad we did as the hotel was excellent , The lady on reception when we enquired about Availability and booked in was so helpful and made the whole experience a welcoming one . The rooms were lovely , modern and clean , the roof top pool was one of the best things ! Had sun loungers , a bar , fresh pizza being made , cocktails … perfect with great views across the sea . The staff at the hotel were always helpful and nothing seemed too much , for a hotel of its size it still managed to have a small hotel feel , which really made us feel st home . Beach was a few minutes walk and hotel had its own private area with sun loungers and parasols , also had beach cafes and bars . Would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a few days in the sun .

The hotel is beautiful and clean. People are nice and accommodating. The hotel kitchen is fantastic, everything we ate was excellent. The pizza is excellent, complemented by a wonderful view from the roof of the hotel. Parking without problems.

We always have an apartment when we visit and it ticks every box for us! The staff are so helpful, the hotel is clean, the apartment has everything we need, brilliant facilities (especially the dishwasher!!) the washing machine and all so clean!! The pool etc is wonderful (the only thing I would say is maybe more shade for the rooftop loungers - it’s a real sun trap) we really feel like it’s our second home! So handy for the beach but also easy to get into Jesolo. We prefer Eraclea because it’s quiet but still lots of lovely restaurants and entertainment. Don’t book anywhere else. This is now our 4th time! The staff in the local supermarket and shop are wonderful - so patient with our lack of Italian language. Can’t wait to get back! 🥰🥰🥰 We didn’t visit in August 2021, the last time(because of Covid) was August 2020. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!

It is the third time we go to Eraclea Palace.. For us it is always a pleasure to go back.. We have 3 children so we stayed in one of the apartments.. Both with the all-inclusive formula and with reservation only we had a great time.. The beautiful swimming pool , easily reachable by lift.. Accessible bar and pizzeria.. Spa area but also gym and hydromassage.. Beach service included, reachable with a walk in the pine forest.. The beautiful beach, intimate I would say, with 4-5 rows of umbrellas, water clean, beautiful seafront, it's a pleasure to take walks. We would definitely return
