The room was disgusting. In such a state it didn’t give any confidence that the place was actually clean. Mould by the windows and on the walls, dirty walls, dingy lighting, paint peeling. The breakfast was lukewarm, the glasses were dirty & the restaurant smelt like stale smoke. The staff member that checked me out just stared at me whilst I listed my complaints. He didn’t offer to try & resolve anything, nor did he offer any kind of apology. All in all an absolutely appalling experience. To make matters worse, the customer service (or lack thereof!) that I’ve received upon making my complaint & been refused a refund(!), has been equally unsatisfactory. Despite telling the team I have photos to show how awful the room was, no-one has asked me to see them, & have refused a refund. My mind is blown at how poorly I have been treated & continue to be treated.
