"I came at night by around 11 pm and the check-in took almost 10 minutes, hotel is located just adjacent to a shopping mall and everything is nearby. Excellent location and neat and tidy room. I stayed in a studio apartment and the washing machine was available on 6th floor which was free of cost. Good stay in Epping."

"We had requested this before checking in. However, without any satisfactory explanation, my parents in their 70s were treated unkindly. We had explained that they would arrive on an early morning flight after a nearly 10-hour flight, so the first night's check-in would be in the morning. After that, although the reservation was made by a different person, my parents would stay for a total of three nights, so they asked to use the same room without checking out. This was stated at the time of reservation, and again by phone just before the stay. However, not only was this not accepted, but they received a phone call after 11:00 and were forced to check out, even though the check-out time was written on a piece of paper and was explained to them as ”12:00”. We don't know if this was due to a lack of communication between staff, but it was very sad and disappointing."

"I ranked the location as excellent only because the hotel is in the area I needed to be for work. That being said, the rooms are quite comfortable. As this is pretty much a motel, it can be a bit noisy at times. The Bistro restaurant is excellent and on the weekends can be very busy. I will stay again and would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to be in that area."

"Room was so clean. Quiet area too. Bed was so comfy and wifi was super fast compared to other motels and hotels I've been to. Highly recommend for an affordable stay."

"15 minutes easy drive to Tullamarine airport, and next door to a service station, convenient to fill up the hire car I was returning. Also across the road from a convenience store and a couple of food options if you dont want to eat in-house. The room was large, and very clean (other then a couple of stains on the carpet. In room tea/coffee was appreciated for my early morning departure. Also quite a large in-room fridge. Not somewhere I would choose to stay at long term but perfect for one night convenience to the airport. Would stay again."

"It was very comfortable. In addition, as soon as I entered the store, there was disinfectant and there was also an automatic temperature checker, so I felt safe using the store."

"We only stayed for 1 night but we are impressed with the room. Studio type with very comfortable bed and clean room. The cost is worth it because of the excellent location. There are only 2 things: 1st is that the door in the shower wasn't properly closing, so water was escaping causing wet floor. 2nd was the box of tissue was not even half full. :( minor things but it can be improved :)"
