Normal location, about 20 minutes to center by walking. Strange and weird that reception is working at morning several hours and afternoon several hours, you can’t check-in in another time. They have working break from 12 till 16 o’clock. We’ve tried to call, but there was auto responder.
Room was perfect! Large, clean and with beautiful view.

Very basic hotel but clean enough and did the job for one night stay. Reception only open for a few hours so check that your arrival time is within these hours as the main door is locked and only accessible by keypad. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Plenty of car parking spaces. Had to drive into town as approx 30 min walk and was too far to walk in the heat. Supermarket on the doorstep. Breakfast was a decent continental offering. The building feels like an old hospital and has a strange feeling to it...I wouldn't like to walk around it alone at night! OK for an overnight stop but wouldn't book for a longer stay.

the rooms are not clean as per standards. The location is nice, you have a super market nearby, can be walking distance. The check-in and checkout is really fast and the guy at the reception was super nice and helpful but the cleanliness is really bad

AVOID Don't stay in this hotel if: you like your room dark, your beds not creaky, but most of all if you would like your hotel to take responsibility for other guests being able to enter your room during the night. Around 2:30 PM we were woken up by another (drunk) guest in our room, who was accompanied by a group of friends outside. My wife was terrified. Safe to say we did not sleep much after that. The next day we took this up with the reception, where security footage showed that the door opened by itself in the early hours of the night. The door had been closed properly and locked. The hotel proceeded to do their very best to put the blame for this occurrence on us and on the guest entering our room in the middle of the night, even when it turned out the door-closing mechanism was faulty as it was not screwed onto the door. The hotel manager even tried to downplay the fact that the door-closing mechanism was faulty to us. Then, the email address they provided to us to escalate our complaint bounced (yes, we double-checked the spelling). As a result, we've lost all trust in this hotel, and we'd not be surprised if they try to blame us again for the door opening by itself due to a faulty door-closing mechanism in the middle of the night in a response below. At least none of our things were taken and my wife wasn't alone in the room. It could have been much worse than a few lost hours of sleep. We will never stay in any Vacancéole property ever again. We'd recommend you to do the same.

Dilapidated accommodation: tattered floor, broken cupboard, toilet door not closing, poor bedding, bedroom window not closing above the bed. Unacceptable for a professional to rent accommodation in such a state. Having expressed my dissatisfaction, we were rehoused late for the last night in accommodation this time consistent with the rental with subscribed comfort option

The photos do not reflect reality. A restoration is necessary. The price is too high for the condition of the equipment. Old plaster, unbearable smell of industrial detergent in the corridors. Bedding, walls, bathroom everything needs to be redone. The hotel is clean from the concert hall and Lidl only advantages. Taking a deposit of €300 for a small, dilapidated studio is not realistic. Another important point is the security of the building which does not only accommodate tourists.
