This was an outstanding hotel experience. The bedrooms were beautifully clean and tastefully decorated, the breakfast room bright and spacious, and the overall ambience Old-World stylish and intriguing. Every one of the hotel staff was attentive, gracious and hospitable. Nothing was too much trouble, from a superb breakfast with all the choice one could want managed by the incredibly friendly Aline, to the equally friendly Reception staff and Barman. A short stroll down the world-renowned Avenue de Champagne into central Epernay made the town easily accessible. A taxi arranged at the drop of a hat, restaurant recommendations readily to hand, and always a warm welcome and smile to come back to. I look forward to having the chance to return. JK

In this hotel theres a lot of things, piscine, parking... This is why i came here and we didn't regret it, my fianced and me loved it, we were so happiest to go there. The piscine is the most beautiful thing i see in there but that don't mean the other thing is not good beacause we liked everything, i recommands it, obviously go there.

We had a very nice stay at Villa Eugene! The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly, the breakfast was fantastic, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the bar late into the evening. The staff never rushed or hurried us out--they were very kind and attentive. The only critique would be that the bedding was a little old and could be refreshed. it's not at all that the bedding was not clean--the cleanliness was excellent! The quilts/pillows were just a little lumpy. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay and we would stay again!

We loved the location of this hotel. Easy to walk to all the Champagne houses on Avenue Champagne and many restaurants and shops nearby. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. We love the bar , so cozy and welcoming (even the neighbours cat is welcome). Nice after a long day of touring to have a cheese platter and a wine in the bar. The rooms are good size and the bathroom is modern. Very clean and all amenities of good quality. It felt like a family home and it was very fun stay.

Our stay was nothing but magical at Villa Eugene. The staff was friendly and so helpful, and the breakfast service was wonderful. The bedroom and bathroom in the Deluxe room was so beautiful and really made us feel that we were in a French chateau. We enjoyed every aspect of the property, including our private patio, the pool and hot tub, and the bar on site. The Villa is in excellent walking distance from all the major Champagne houses and sits right on the famous avenue itself. We could not get over the location and amenities offered and would love to visit again!

In excellent location for the champagne region especially as it's walking distance to the champagne houses of Epernay. Rooms are elegantly furnished and breakfast delicious. They have a bar but do not have a restaurant on site although they offer a limited range of meals. Very quiet rooms, comfortable bedding (choice of softer pillows would have been ideal) and staff extremely friendly and helpful.

This should not be a 5* hotel. It’s well located in Epernay in the centre next to Mercier The rooms are a good size but the whole hotel is pretty dated with odd teddy bears everywhere and slightly odd service. There is a pool with seating areas which is nice to have. The breakfast also had a good selection and the bread / pastries tasted fresh. We were charged for breakfast into after our room after it was suggested that there was no extra charge. Again we were not told that parking would be an additional charge on top of our room. One of few hotels in the centre of town with a pool.
