Our trip was marred by the poor check in experience we received. We made the booking on a partner website for 5 nights, made payment, packed our bags and drove for 3 hours to the resort in anticipation of excitement. We got to the resort and were told that an administrative glitch on the part of the resort and their partner had not confirmed our booking. The manager (Tolulope) instead of taking ownership became really aggressive, got into a shouting match, asked us to to take up the matter with their partner and rudely walked away. She later returned with an offer of 3 nights and a refund for the canceled 2 nights so we could be accommodated. We took it but needless to say, we already had a bad taste in our mouths and just lumbered through the 3 nights we spent there. The facilities are ok with lots of greenery but we won't be returning anytime soon
