When I first checked in to Village Inns, it took 45 minutes to get keys coded to the door that actually worked [The front desk person was amazing, it was not his fault. He had excellent customer service skills]. The ice machine was in the next building so it was not easy to access and unpractical to use on at the level I would have. There was no AC/way to regulate the temperature in the room and there were no screens on the window, so I couldn't open it to cool the room overnight due to the bugs. The shower pressure barely misted during the shower. The hot water in the bathroom sink was way too hot immediately after turning it on. It seemed like such a high cost [$230/night] for subpar accommodations. I was grateful to be able to get away from the fireworks with my dogs but I would not come back again. I gave the feedback when I received an after visit survey, but basically received a "it's your fault for not telling us all these things at the beginning of your stay and we're human". Also "we hope you come back and give us another chance". As I was only going to be there overnight, it wasn't worth wasting more of my trip to wait for them to come and fix things.

There were three of us girlfriends and we were going to do a couple of hikes. The location to Sunrise was convenient. Beds were very comfortable and the room was clean and well appointed. The person who took our reservation was very helpful although I don't remember his name. DE checked us in and was pleasant and helpful too.

Friendly staff, little extras (like s’mores kits), and even though there are only a few options for dining (it’s a small place) the food was great. Sunday evening live band and a community room (at Quicksilver) for playing games and etc when the skiing is done.

The location is great and the staff was very accommodating and sincerely concerned about our experience to be good. Much appreciate the location of the people. I hate they make me do 200 characters to write a review, blah, blah, blah blah, blah blah.

There is NO CUSTOMER service at this facility. The front desk staff is ridiculously unhelpful. For example, there are no parking spaces available at the registration building when it snows. They do NOT plow out the few spaces the registration building has and no way to park. The front desk told me to park 1/2 - 1 mile away and take the bus so I can register. After registering they then directed me to a parking area at the Alpine Inn. Again, this area was NOT plowed and, with a 2-3 foot plowed berm in front of all the parking spots there was no way to access these unplowed spots, so no way to park at the facility and no way to get your luggage in or out. This was not a one time deal. Stayed for three days and the spots were never plowed out. I finally found a guy in the parking lot with a shovel and had to borrow it and shovel an opening to the parking area for 1/2 hour to get in and be able to park. Sure enough when I returned back to my car for another load, the berm had been plowed back in, trapping my car. When I approached the front desk same answer: park down the road and take the bus in. Ridiculous. Housekeeping service is another joke: smoking pot by 8am. Fairly grungy throughout. Paper thin walls are no joke, you can hear every creaky, booming footstep (this time until 3am). This place just plain sucks and is VERY expensive for the lowest level of hotel service/accomodations provided.

We really enjoyed our stay. Our truck got frozen shut and the front desk staff at the Village Inn and the maintenance man were so helpful and took excellent care of us. We will be back. Got two amazing days of fresh powder skiing.

We had such an amazing trip! The staff here were absolutely fantastic. After we checked in and went across the way to the alpine Inn our key wasn't working so we called the office and they ran a replacement over to us right away! There are multiple options for food, I loved the Snorting elk, fantastic service there too! Honestly all the food at the alpine Inn alone was fantastic. With a quick walk to the ski lift from our room, and complimentary storage lockers for your gear, we were all set to have an amazing time. We will be coming back again

Fantastic Old World Ski Lodge loaded with history and traditions dating back to the mid 60s. Impeccable housekeeping and Oh ! The Snorting Elk Deli, consistently rated one of the top Apre spots in the country. Handcrafted pizza, incredible selection of craft beers, For fine dining the Alpine Restaurant is always a favorite. Just steps away from the Crystal Mountain base are you simply can’t beat the Alpine
