We are 20 miles east of I-5- take exit 142A then southeast on Highway 164. We are conveniently located to many area attractions such as Muckleshoot Casino- White River Amphitheatre- Mt. Rainer National Park- and Crystal Mountain. Convenient location for hiking Rainier from the Sunrise side (45 minutes to the park). Lots of restaurants nearby (they have a Mexican restaurant in the hotel). Easy to walk or drive to things and get supplies. I lost my ID there and they called me and mailed it to me. Thanks!

Staff very helpful and friendly, but the hotel has no elevator to go to 2nd floor. Its difficult to carry luggage up one flight for senions. The staff was helpful to give me a hand.

Room assigned was not cleaned. Took 45 minutes to get another room. New room had no trash cans, no hook on bathroom door. Stayed three nights. After two, requested room to be cleaned. Was questioned. Needed more coffee, wash cloths and toilet paper.

This was a very average hotel for the amount we paid to stay. We came to Washington for eight nights traveling across to all three national parks and this was the most expensive place we stayed and by far the most average - it was clean but breakfast was your standard yogurt, cereal, toast coffee and banana choices for continental breakfast.

I probably wouldn’t book here again. So pricy for no amenities, a less-than breakfast, tiny towels and no room service to replenish towels if you happen to miss the time frame for room service turnover. Overall, very overpriced for what you get ( or don’t get ).

Right downtown which may be convenient but makes it noisy. Beautiful flowers on the property. Unfortunately the TV had no signal which was frustrating and staff just apologized. Not good enough IMHO. Moved to another property for the next 3 nights.

Wasnt sure if we were going to make it because of medical issues, were in contact with staff and were great. But we were able to make it and everything was great So thank you stuff
