Alagoinhas é uma das cidades que visito a trabalho e vez ou outra me hospedo. Conheço pelo menos cinco hotéis dessa cidade, mas dessa vez foi por um motivo familiar, e por isso, fui na no final de semana em família. O Ibis foi uma grata surpresa, acomodações limpas, quarto bem decorado, hotel novo, café da manhã que atende a categoria do Hotel, saboroso, charmoso e elegante. Atendimento cordial, e pronto para a auxiliar. Recomendo a quem visitar Alagoinhas conhecer o Ibis.

Estou na pousada (duas noites). Ontem, no primeiro dia na pousada e percebi que o atendimento no restaurante não é bom. Os pedidos sempre vieram errados e esqueciam das bebidas. O colchão do quarto era tão duro que foi impossível dormir. Meia noite fomos na recepção e não tinha ninguém para nos atender, apenas o segurança que dizia que não poderia fazer nada por nós. Quando falamos que chamaríamos a polícia para fazer um BO ele disse que tentaria arrumar um outro colchão. Ele trouxe outro, um pouco menos duro. Hoje, segundo dia, o chuveiro do quarto estourou. 40 minutos aguardando para ser consertado. Conversei com a coordenadora das camareiras, e ela se disse surpresa, já que ninguém havia reclamado dos colchões. Chamei a responsável pela pousada e mostrei que o colchão que trocamos era muito duro comparado com o do quarto 8. Trocaram novamente. Nos ofereceram um late checkout e um horário no spa do hotel da rede como um pedido de desculpas. Mas o que é ruim, pode ficar pior. Agora a noite, o ar condicionado do quarto de cima do nosso foi ligado sendo impossível dormir (não consegui adicionar o video). Fui na recepção, o recepcionista foi ao quarto e concordou que não havia condições de dormir com o barulho. Ele pisei que enviasse o vídeo para o WhatsApp da pousada para tratativas (print comprova o fato). Nos colocou no quarto 8, que ainda assim escutava o barulho do ar condicionado. A pousada é linda, limpa, porém nossa experiência foi péssima, uma das piores que já tivemos. Ansioso por amanhecer e ir embora.
