服務：入住真的很驚喜，前台小妹妹很熱情專業，服務態度特別好，還給我們升級了尊享房。
設施：房間裏也很大非常乾淨，整個房間設計都很有格調，還是全屋智能的設計，需要什麼喊管家就可以做到，非常智能。
環境：酒店位置離機場很近，酒店環境也很不錯，停車挺方便的。
這次入住體驗真的很不錯，下次還會再來的。

來這個酒店住了好幾天了，主要是出差來的，隨便選了一家，入住真的很驚喜，前台小妹妹很熱情專業，服務態度特別好，房間裏也很大非常乾淨，整個房間設計都很有格調，還是全屋智能的設計，需要什麼喊管家就可以做到，非常智能，而且服務非常好，每天出門回來都是打掃的乾乾淨淨，這次入住體驗真的很不錯，下次還會再來的。

到恩施來旅遊，在攜程上訂了這個酒店，看酒店外觀和大堂其貌不揚，但是辦入住的時候前台人員很熱情，全程微笑服務，告知注意事項時也很細心。沒想到的是進入房間後，房間很乾凈，整體看起來讓人感覺很舒服……床墊睡着也很舒服，全屋都是語音智能的，完全不用手動控制，特別適合我這種不愛動的人哈哈哈哈。老闆用心了，酒店很好，下次來恩施還住這家！

來恩施出差，酒店環境很好，前台熱情，離火車站也就幾公里的路程，去周邊景點打車也房產，房間乾淨衞生，下次還會選擇入住

前台非常客氣，送了水果，升級了家庭房，唯一不足的是，打掃衞生的可能沒有認真，沒有補充牙具，其中一套被撕開，打了前台電話補充了過來，我説其中一套牙具是撕開了的，送過來的人直接説“不可能出現這樣情況”，我直接拿給他看了才閉嘴了，其他方面不錯

酒店房間整潔，設施齊全，位置離恩施火車站較近，出行很方便。前台人員服務態度非常好，問問題都非常耐心地給予解答。酒店老闆人真的不錯，入住當天貼心贈送了水果和蘇打水。酒店早餐種類豐富，味道不錯。總之，強烈推薦入住此酒店！
