離恩施高鐵站很近，步行大約10分鐘可以到，樓下就有超市！對面就是民俗街，很多吃的選擇！説説環境吧，燈光暗，房間是夠大的，床也夠大！就是房間我們徬晚到的，訂了兩個房間，房間都還沒有清出來，到晚上10點才給我們房間，衞生條件也不好，地毯很臟，被子還有上一個客人留下下的珍珠奶茶的珍珠粘在上面啊！沖涼的地方沒有阻斷，然後水在排水口是堵的，一晚上都不幹，濕濕的

最佳優勢：交通方便，報團去哪裡都能在奧山轉盤等待旅遊大巴，無論去什麼景區，來回都非常方便。甚至做高鐵，長途大巴就在對面。

一進大廳就很喜歡，房間温馨明亮， 乾淨衞生。 離車站 和火車站很近 去恩施大峽谷景區很方便。爬屏山累了一天，沖個熱水澡，很舒服！

酒店地點很方便 酒店附近很多餐廳 酒店房間很大 但很乾凈 打掃有點問題 我住2個晚上 第二天外出 回來的時後房間沒有打掃 通知前台 打掃有點馬乎 房間拖鞋沒有放好 酒店不應收按按金 走的時後前台服務很好 總的來説非常好 成功和失敗 就是做少了這一點
