I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience.
Cleanliness:
The hotel was impressively clean. Both the rooms and the common areas were well-maintained, which made the stay quite comfortable.

The location is very convenient. The stuff is friendly.
The soundproofing is not enough- easily hear neighbors talking or taking shower))
But if the price remains good(around 100)- ok for short period

Good location and friendly stuff. Fast check-in.
Sound isolation is a problem- can hear neighbors all the time.
McDonalds is about 700m away by foot:)
Good for one night stay. But I preferred to change after one night.
