I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a mixed experience.
Cleanliness:
The hotel was impressively clean. Both the rooms and the common areas were well-maintained, which made the stay quite comfortable.

Location:

The location is very convenient. The stuff is friendly.
The soundproofing is not enough- easily hear neighbors talking or taking shower))
But if the price remains good(around 100)- ok for short period

Good location and friendly stuff. Fast check-in.
Sound isolation is a problem- can hear neighbors all the time.
McDonalds is about 700m away by foot:)
Good for one night stay. But I preferred to change after one night.

Hygiene: The hygiene is relatively clean, the wooden floor is very clean, and the window screens and curtains are very tidy.
Environment: adjacent to the main traffic road, opposite a snack bar, convenient for eating
Facilities: central air conditioning and heating are OK, there are portable lamps in the room, free parking lot, and multi-story parking lot.
Service: The service staff is very friendly and the service is timely.

Hygiene: The black box with toiletries on the washbasin is full of water. I don’t know if it’s the face water or laundry water from the previous guest or... I feel sick when I touch it.
Environment: There was a train (or plane) sound at night, and severe insomnia after being awakened.
Facilities: There is no hand sanitizer in the room! When I opened the shoe bag, I suddenly found that "free use, take away charge" is printed on the shoe bag! Thinking that this shoe is not a one-off, and I don’t know how many times it has been reused, so I don’t want to touch this shoe at all!
Service: Call the front desk to ask about the hand sanitizer. The waiter said that there is no hand sanitizer. There should be soap but it is out of stock recently. The inconvenience caused to the guests has never said "sorry"! ! !

The front desk service is average. It is recommended to bring your own bath towels. The towels here have holes. Before it was time to check out, the cleaning aunt came in to clean. The aunt was very rude, saying that I had to check out sooner or later, and went directly to the bathroom to clean.
