設施老舊破敗，房間挺臟，這花灑一打開我都笑了，衹有一個孔出水。雖説是如家酒店但看起來就像個小作坊，前台服務衹能説一般，保潔你説他不好吧，他拖鞋都給我擺整齊了，你説他好吧，一個果凍殼子在我入住的時候就在床架子上，我退房的那天還在床架子上…你們酒店該翻新了

酒店離恩施站很近，走路十分鐘，隔音很好，睡得踏實，前台小姐姐太熱情了，還給孩子西瓜吃，家的感覺。滿分。

房間比較潮濕，裏面味道重，我本來住兩晚，後來改成一晚。入住第二天，兩側胳膊上全長了痘痘，過敏的，嚇死我了，今天已經10天了快，還沒有消除。我也是醉了
